Why does everyone think Shan is not Vaish's son?

Amma for sure would try and push her "mor poti" on Shantanu after she comes to know of truth but I hope Shanatanu shows this 2 ladies their real places and expose many of their mis-deeds which r yet not brought out. They would then understand the true value of Dev who has taken so many pains and blames on him but never opened his mouth so that their honour is intact.

yeah santanu is the middle son,,bcoz in the episode he called vivek as bhaiya...it would be a treat to watch when the old witch will come to know that santanu is dev's elder bro and will try to push her poti on santanu,,,and i dont want that old witch to know tht true value of dev,,bcoz they are still after him ,,and i want a break from the same old game,,,i will be rather be happy if santnau gives everybody shock and brings vish to the Pb as his wife,,i think santanu will do this,,bcoz i think he would love to see every member's reaction on seeing vish again in that house and this time as their majhli bahu,,,,

i think santanu is the real son of vishali but what bothers me is why did he act like a pshycho lover and am really confused about the earlier scenes and deeds in Malaysia like gifting the green dress,, the rose petals scenes etc,,,

shiny I really don't want Shantanu to get back Visakha into PB as their midlle DIL.

Seriously am not looking forward to that kind of track, where Visakha once again starts behaving popmpously. She has got absolutely no right to hang on the necks of PF after what she has done. More than that I am looking forward for the punishment track imparted by Shanatanu to this girl who has given so many pains to his family specially after he handed her the divorce papers, she even got his GM handcuffed.

I think it will be poetic justice if Shanatnu imparts punishment to this duo.

Shantanu is according to me between Vivek and Dev. Is godh barayi done at the time of each pregnancy, because in South India it is done only during the pregnancy of the first child.

Vaishali due to her insecurities and fear has always proven to be a failure as a mother. For a fact she knows that Dev is more attached only to his dadi.

Just before Karva chauth when Vaishali planned the secret meeting with Radhika we saw the nasty side of Vaishali. It is because of Dev that she had to accept Radhika. I remember the incident when Dev and Vaishali were returning to Delhi after giving Radhika the pooja items for KC, Vaishali was sulking, they received a call from Dadima to enquire about Viashali's whereabouts to Dev and Dev answered how his mother was nice and had gone ahead to give the blessings to Radhika. This meeting was known only to Dev, Radhika and the Vrindavan family.

Once the truth of Shantanu is convincingly revealed will all this start playing on Dev's mind. It should, then only then can address the issue and go towards resolving the issue. Vaishali has always used the same tactic of sending people away, the way she sent Shantanu away from her life she suggested Radhika to go away somewhere very far off from Dev's life. I remember the scene how Radhika was completely shattered.

However negative Shantanu is going to be, definitely his role is to throw more light on the havoc played with Radev's life.

As Shantanu is Dev and Vivek's brother, he cannot be very bad which definitely means he deserves a far better person than Vishaka as his wife. We already have chamak-chaloo who is doting and having an affair with Arjun, we dont need another DIL like Vishaka back in PB. It will only pull down the show.

after watching friday;s episode,i also started thinking that shantanu is not vaishali;s real son,but now i think you are right.There would be no point for him to lie so much.And if the CVs made him his fake son,this track will be very stupid.i hope the CVs make shanatanu a positive character at the end..

thing is possible...

After all these years, Shantanu rises from the ashes!
Wonder how Mrinalani knows him? Obviously she
doesn't know he's supposedly related to the Purohits,
or else she would not have involved him in her plot!

Sandeepa, the whole Shaantanu track is ambiguous and it is hard to tell which way the Creatives will take him. For now he appears to be a Purohit son - 28 years old. That puts him between Vivek and Dev. He has a lot of anger for being labeled as Kul Vinashak and that in itself will take a long time for him to overcome. As a Purohit son, he has been denied a lot and all his resentment and negativity will come out, specifically against Vaishali and then Dev, the beloved son, before he will move towards the positive end of the scale.

sandeepa my 5 percent belief on the thing that santanu is not a purohit has 2day increased to 10%.bcoz his look towards rad in the dining scene really disturbed me a lot and also his conversation with that nurse,,,

Shiny the look he gave Radhika was certainly an evil and creepy one, but his ultimate plan is to harm Dev, that's why he gave Radhika that look. As for the conversation with the nurse, he did mention to her that she took him in and raised him when his own mother threw him away, so he could still be Vaishali's real child. I thinjk Shan and the nurse are in this plan together to get the RP status and Purohit wealth but I still think Shan is Vaishali's real son.
