Why Creatives Why

I started watching Choti Bahu because of the divine love between Dev and Radhika. The acting and the chemistry of the lead characters is what has been the essence of this show. In addition, the spiritual love that transcends beyond the worldly love and the shlokas is why I keep coming back to the show.

Vishaka and Amma and Mrinalini are the characters that are driving me away.
Vishaka track was essential in the beginning but now it is ridiculous. The creatives need to unravel her character and bring out all the bad traits in her, reveal the problems she created in Mumbai and why the cops were after her. Because Vikram is not coming back, they do not need to kill that storyline. What happened to the relationship between Vikram and the Purohits?

And now Shantanu storyline. They introduce him at the wrong time, spoil the Malaysia track and now the storyline is dead. I wonder if there are financial issues between Hiten and the creatives and therefore he is on Standby. At least that stor is more interesting than Vishaka.

Vishaka and Amma are driving the die hard fans of CB away. I am so sick that I have stopped watching the show and if the March 31 article is true --it will be the last straw.
(I can almost see that happening--as Dev promised Vishaka I will give you whatever you want and now Vishaka will ask for a child from him. This will be the most disgusting track ever).

No wonder in spite of Avinash and Radhika putting their heart and soul in to this show, this show is not # 1.

The creatives need to bring back Damini Shetty and Khurana to write the episodes.

Yup, I miss those episodes by Damini Shetty and Kalpana Khurana.
BTW, I did check back and some of the episodes in January-February 2009 were written by the current ones Shilpaa and Sushil Choubey.
The whole problem is earlier they had a storyline and someone or the other wrote the details for each episode, which is missing now. They whole story is very small and it can be only dragged to a certain extent if they want to show only Dev & Radhika. These creatives have never explored other supporting characters and hence stuck in this rut and trying to bring in new twists revolving around Dev & Rad and nothing seems to work out. They should either bring out the truth and be done with it or expand the story with other supporting characters. They don't want to do the latter bcos they think they might lose TRPs due to losing AviNa & RaDev fans.
The best thing in that case is to be done with the show in dignity rather than go cheap like this.
