Beautiful Misti.

So true about life being like sand and you hold it tight and it seeps through your fingers.

However, when you wet the sand with just the right amount of water it becomes packed and nice and firm.

With no hands of its own, the bird probably doesn't have the ability to wet the sand but the helping hand can. I hope the bird learns that with the aid of the helping hands, life can be beautiful and firm just like the wet sand.

Exactly Angake.......I wanted to show that Dev makes up for the things that Radhika lacks and with his help she can face anything.......now the question is that when are the creatives going to show that. Anyway, thanks for appreciating my poetry.

the poem is beautifulbut i am afraid it does not apply to radhika .
She never cries in pain & does not exoect others to come to help her .
she does not reveal her pain to others at all but suffers in silence .
it makes us viewers cry in frustration at her gullibility .

He has seen some of the abuse and even talked about it prior to the engagement. When she was going on and on about him and Vishaka despite Vishaka leaving him, he reminded her that she doesn't know true happiness as she has never had it before in her life. I hope that somehow Dev finds out about Radhika's secret mission and have a serious talk with her about sharing both good and bad things with him. So far, all of their conversations center around romance and nothing else. Also, Dev is so preoccupied with starting a married life with Radhika that that is all he thinks about right now. (He mentions it in every second episode with her 😆). So, it is always resting until the next full lunar eclipse. Maybe, then he can figure out her silences that there is something going on with her.

You are right that till now they have only looked into each others eyes, the moon, played with peacock feather, either put on or taken off ornaments........or talked about the moon in its various forms including full lunar eclipse, again ornaments.........but have not had any worthwhile conversation that can help them understand each other to lay the foundation of a strong married life. Actually before the entrance of Dev in Radhikas life she never knew about true love or true happiness. I hope that Dev reads her silence but it will be difficult for Dev if each and every time he has to read her silences...........Radhika has to let go of her control on her life and will have to allow him in.............but again it all depends on the illiteratives who are playing a sadistic game and are hell bent on bringing her down so that their object of affection or latest squeeze (amma and or Vis) can be bought back into the serial .................see I am ranting now😃

Misti,

Feel free to rant as it is your own thread 😆. This is what I find so frustrating about these soaps. They can not show an interesting conversation between two people. They can show the same stories, but at least show some interaction between the main couple that doesn't just involve gazing into each other's eyes. Now Radhika constantly talks about patni dharam. But her patni dharam involves mainly talking softly to Dev, touching his feet and asking for forgiveness for not doing what he wants and then ignore all his advice and do Amma's bidding and then lie to him about it. When she was at PB, he used to figure out some of her lies. Here, he is too blinded by his happiness at finally getting her, so he kind of ignores all the hints (according to Irritatives).

I kind of liked interaction between Vikram and Radhika as they showed a spirited Radhika after a long time and Vikram was kind of amusing making all those comments about Dev and Vishaka. Why can't they show the same spirited Radhika in front of Amma once in a while. Yesterday, she could have reminded Amma that she loves her sister and would like to help her, but her husband is also present at this time and she has to balance that with her husband's wishes. Also, she is going to be truthful to her husband. But, they have to show a weak and wilted Radhika in front of Amma. The ratings would really jump if they can show Radhika finally snapping at Amma and confronting her.
In any case, tomorrow's episode could be interesting if they show Dev waking up in the night and finding about missing Radhika. Then, when Radhika comes home, he confronts her and gives her some kasam to tell him the truth. Finally, if Radhika confesses everything, he can give her a good lecture. Now that Radhika knows about Vikram, it is her duty to tell Dev about Vikram. I am sure Vikram is going to come back to take his revenge from Radhika as he thinks that she called the police on him.

Thank you why3 for giving me the permission to rant in my own thread........u are also welcome to rant😃
Radhika cannot be spirited in front of Amma........the creatives are in love with her........actually I have a theory that they all imagine amma wearing leather with a whip in her hand........I am leaving the rest to your imagination😃

Thank you Anamika.......like every coin has two faces, every situation or reaction also has more than one explanation. Although I do get mad at Radhika and sometimes feel like wringing her neck but I also have loads of empathy for her...........My irritation is with the illiteratives and I want to give them a whack for spoiling a beautiful story.
By the way u are free to rant in my thread😃

Misti,

You are welcome 😆. Anyway love your threads as we can all write fearlessly here without any fear of backlash 😉. But, Amma as Nadia the hunterwali - I can see that. Honestly, Mrinalini needs to have a serious talk with Irritatives. Now that Radhika is married, when will she get the right to torture Radhika. The torch should have passed from Amma to her and Vaishali. But, even now Amma gets the same screen time as Radhika. Sometimes, Amma is getting more screen time than Dev. Amma is omnipresent. She can spot anybody from any distance, pop up anywhere she wants, subdue anybody she wants including Dev and Shastriji. Really, I think the babaji for Amma is not in CB land, but somewhere hidden among writers. He is the one who comes late in the night, change the scenes and overwrite other villians' scenes with Amma.

Ok venting now. This Amma character is now getting on everybody's nerves. She used to be somewhat loveable villian, but now she is just too irritating. Need to get rid of her. Can't any of the cows or any animals in Vrindavan murder her?

Why3.........Mrinalini has been so busy in shopping for her blouses, rolling her eyes at Arjun, dreaming about sauna with chachoo..........that she has forgotten the real thing.........actually she is in denial about Radhika....can't cope with it and as a result has missed the bus with the creatives..........or maybe mrinalini does not like leather so the creatives are not interested in her 😃..............I think babaji does more than changing scenes late at night 😆
How on earth did u find amma a lovable villian?????? and please spare the animals..........we need some animals on earth.........otherwise they are all going to get on the spaceship and disappear for months.

Misti,

Maybe loveable was going too far. I confess your description of Amma with a leather whip mellowed me somehow. But, I was thinking of Amma as she was before the official engagement between Radhika and Dev. At least, she was tolerable but now her character has become intolerable to most of us. Also, I do have lots of sympathy and empathy for Radhika, but it does become hard to root for her sometimes when the creatives write her the way they do. Her thoughtlessness of Dev's happiness is very grating. Even today, he was so much interested in talking to her or whatever and all she could do was think about Vishaka. She apologizes for not listening to him, but no apology for lying to him constantly. Ok, previously she was forced by her mother. But, now nobody has forbidden her to say anything. Why can't she share some of the stuff with Dev? It has become run of the mill soap since the burning day. When the ratings start going down, then the Irritatives will give a brain to everyone in a day or so. Then, the whole story will just get wrapped. why can't they continue a nice story and show some growth in their lead characters?
