Written Update 1st April 2009

- Vishaka retorts only he will be happy and that nobody cares about her happiness.

- Radhika is sad that Dev wants to forget her and that he holds her responsible for what happened in his life. But she grudgingly admits that for his happiness, if he has to forget her to move on, so be it.

- Dev admits he won't be able to forget Radhika, and asks god to give him strength to stick to the path he has chosen, and that he will have to accept his marriage now.

- Vishaka goes back to her maayka and tells Devki, Dadi and Radhika that she is not going back to her sasuraal.

- Devki starts to scold her but Dadi tells her to shut up and she does.

- Shastiji comes at the moment she anounces that she has decided not going back ever.

- Shastriji scolds her and says she is married now, and her sasural is her home and that she needs to perform her duties as a bahu and not give up on every whim.

- Radhika tries to explain to Vishaka before she leaves, that she shouldn't speak about leaving when a mishap has just happened. Vishaka is rude to her and says she has always lived life according to her wishes, and always will.

- Vishaka reaches her sasural and a pandit is there explaining what needs to be done for the pooja tomorrow.

- Vishaka is shocked at what the sahan pooja entails. Suhag raat and nirjal vraat!

- Vaishali, Dadi, Birju keeps asking her what needs to be done, or asks her opinion on something.

- She snaps and yells stop calling me Choti Bahu, when I don't even want to be the Choti Bahu anymore.

- Radhika lights a diya for Vishaka and Dev. The light goes off when Vishaka says she doesn't want to be Choti Bahu anymore. Radhika is sad and tensed as to what that means.

Radev theme song is playing. Dev is standing dejectedly in front of Radhe-Krishna in his pooja room. Radhika at the same is staring at her Kanha. Radhika is remembering Dev's hurtful words. She asks Kanha is it true that he considers me responsible for all what happened, is it true that he wants out of his life, is it true that he wants to forget me? Dev on his side is saying I cannot forget her. The truth is no matter how much I try I cannot forget her or our memories together. Radhika says he wants to forget me? She asks but then it is supposed to be good. Then, she asks but why am I crying then. She says if this does everyone good, then for his sake, his happiness, and his future, I will have to accept this. Dev is saying to God that this time I stick by my decision, that I will accept my marriage and I will have to move forward. Give me strength that I am able to abide by my duties and I am able to differentiate between right and wrong. Radhika on her side says I pray that that he is able to abide his duties towards his family, hence if he has to forget me and move ahead, then so be it. Anyways he has to live with Vishaka, and not me.

Vishaka barges in her house and calls her mom and dadi. She is angry and very disturbed. She says she is back here forever and she can't stay there any more. Devki scolds her saying are you in your senses? Listen carefully...Aama tells her to remain quiet and she becomes silent. Aama lovingly talks to Vishaka and tells her to calm down. She tells Radhika to bring something for her to drink. Aama explains to her that in the beginning of a marriage, everyone has difficulties to adjust. You have to be correct at all times. You have to bear the difficulties for some time. Vishaka says but why would I have to bear all these difficulties and keep touching everyone's feet. Hence I have decided that I am not going back and I will stay here only just like I used to. Shastriji enters at that moment and overhears. Shastriji tells her that she can't stay here. Vishaka says but babuji. Shastriji says I won't hear anything. After marriage, your sasural is your home, you will have to abide by your duties and responsibilities. You will have to go there at once. Vishaka is shocked. Vishaka is outside and talking aloud, saying here I thought I would at least get my family's support but they turned out like Dev's family. Two girls are listening to her. She shouts at them. She is about to leave in the car when Radhika stops her. She taunts her and says what has been left to be told. Radhika tells her, I can understand what you are saying but by bringing up the issue of leaving the house when such a big mishap has happened in your sasural is not wise. Radhika tells her to give them support. Vishaka tells her to stop. She says I have always lived my life according to my wishes and I will continue to do so. She goes away with the driver.

She reaches the Purohit's house. The pandit is telling the auspicious time to do pooja tomorrow. She greets the pandit. Dadi asks her whether she had gone out. She starts to answer when dadi tells to forget it and come and sit with them. The pandit is telling her to dress up as a dulhan tomorrow and that she will do some sahan pooja. She asks what is that. Dadi tells her that since tomorrow it will be a new start for you, after the havan then it will be your suhaag raat and the next day you will do pooja in mandir and the pandit adds you will have to keep nirjal vraat. Vishaka is shocked. Dev greets the pandit. Vaishali tells Dev to call Shastriji to invite him to the pooja.

Someone tells Shastriji that there is a call for him. Dadi tells him who will call here, sit it must be some mistake. He sends Radhika to check. It's Dev on the phone. Radhika asks him if he is fine. Dev panics when hearing her voice,then says he wants to speak to Shastriji. Shastriji gets happy that he called. Dadi who was resting gets up and starts cursing Radhika, blaming her for what is happening to Vishaka. Devki is silent throughout. When Shastriji comes, Devki asks him what is it about. He tells her and adds he is worried how will Vishaka behave. Aama says she got fed up of her duties and responsibilities, that is why she said what she said. Anyways you explained to her and she understood. Shastriji says it is worrisome that despite having such a nice sasural, Vishaka is still unhappy.

Vishaka comes downstairs. Vaishali says it's good that you have come. She asks her which colour of cloth to put on the statues. She chooses some orange cloth. Dadi comes there, and Vaishali asks what is it. Dadi retorts I have come to ask something to Choti Bahu. She tells her I know all this is new for you, but you will have to do the suji for tomorrow. I made a list to help you but you will to decide on the quantity. Vishaka is getting annoyed. Birju comes to her and tells her that the cook is asking her what to cook and for how many people. She is very angry.

Radhika lights her diya and says I want to ask you, Kanha something, please don't disappoint me. She says today's diya is special as it for Vishaka and Dev. I wish that they remain together and that Vishaka realises her responsibilities. Birju keeps asking tell me, tell me. She shouts at him, don't ask me all these, I am not the cook. She says do whatever you want. For every little thing, everyone is pestering me. Vaishali and Dadi is shocked. She says I don't want all these useless responsibilities. At the same time Radhika is finishing her prayers and the diya is flickering. Radhika's head is bowed in front of Kanha and doesn't notices. Vishaka continues I am fed up of being called Choti Bahu, when I don't even what to remain this house's Choti Bahu. The flowers in Vaishali's hands fall. Radhika's diya goes off. She opens her eyes and sees this.

Precap: Shastriji is telling Radhika to have faith on Kanha. Even I get worried that all the reet, rivaj and parampara doesn't become a burden for her. Radhika asks him whether these reet are rivaj are difficult. He says they are not.
