Agreed that Rads is confused bc of her obligation and all that....that Amma says but eventually I would just tell Dev the truth. For how long can sooo many people live in stress: Radhika, Dev, Dev's mom, Birju, Amma, Devki and Vishakha-its constant hide-n-seek and more lying...

if i were radhika i would tell shajtriji the truth but if he doesn't do anything i would confide in birju and ask him to help, after all he is dev's friend and would want to see him happy. and after birju knows the truth abt vish, i know he would support me.

Very interesting thread... I am trying to imagine myself in Radhika's place. So I love this man (realised that quite late), am actually married to him but my evidence is not strong (apart from Kanha ofcourse... Dadi will lie outright, Devki will keep quiet, Visakha is also capable of lying and no one will believe Nandu). I know that this man I love is suffering because he assumes I never loved him, and am also married to someone else. He also suffers because he does not love the woman who claims to be his wife and has no way of leaving her... Real Mess!

Patni dharm (which this serial is about I think) means that my first loyalty is to my husband and not my parents. So I should tell him. But would he believe me? Or hate me more for not telling him sooner (and making him plan to leave India, and cause his father's death etc)?

Telling him would also end the serial soon.

I guess I would take Birju's help, and Kanha's, and hang around his house and hope that Vishaka will eventually get so bored she will blurt out the truth!
