Arjun learns that Purohit is sick and doesn't has long to live. Chachu & Arjun plot.

Dev dejectedly accepts that he should forget Radhika as this is what is best for everyone.

Devki deserves a tight slap. 😡 She is a taint to motherhood. She is definitely witch #2 after Aama. They are both disgusting and have no morals in marrying a married women, and sending off an unmarried daughter as a married women. Dev has decided to forget Radhika, which means he will have to learn something about Radhika otherwise he will leave for Delhi and will accept Vishaka and Radhika will be married off. And it is about time Kanha makes another appearance. I know many of you believe that Radhika won't be married again. But I think it is a possibility albeit a twisted immoral one. Remember CB has many allusions to Radhe-Krishna and Meera relationship. 😕

Radhika is beseeching Aama and Devki not to marry her off. She says I can give up my life for you (as if you haven't done enough already😡) but how will I forget that I've already taken Saath Phere. If I go through it again, even God will not forgive me. Aama and Devki share a calculating and conniving look. Aama tries to convince her with a story whereby the morale is that parents are even more important than God. Aama does her drama-baaz , pretending to cry and saying that everyone's happiness lies in your hands, Vishaka's shaadi, our reputation, and even your Babuji's happiness and you'll have to decide. Radhika is shattered.

Dev is trying to pacify Dadi to take her medicine. Dadi says this is my revenge, because you were making me so worried. Dev says really! If I had given you the wrong medicine, I would have gone to jail. Tomorrow's paper will hold the title 'Grandson killed her Grandmother!' Dadi laughs, but says my real medicine is my Choti Bahu, go and bring her back! Dev avoids the subject and jumping off the bed says I will bring you dinner and goes away.

Shastriji comes there and seeing all three together is thinking that they are preparing for Radhika's marriage. He says I should have thought of your wedding too, but I was being selfish. I didn't want to marry off you too as this house will be unbearable if you leave. Then, I pacified myself that when we will get a good rishta then we will think of it and see now we do. Radhika is sad and crying. Shastriji says it is every dad's dream that I see my daughter as a dulhan, I've seen Vishaka and now I want to see you too. Radhika is silent and crying. I will think that I have completed all my duties. Aama continues and says you should feel lucky Radhika that you have such a loving father and now you should be a good daughter and listen to your father and get married. She hugs Shastriji. Aama and Devki give each other a satisfying look.

Everyone is having dinner. Deepika is restless and Mrinalini asks what's wrong with her. Deepika answers nothing. Deepika says I am itching to tell everyone what you told Dev this morning. Vaishali laughs and says I will tell them. Purohitji is asking where is Arjun. Chacha answers that he has already eaten. Dev comes for dinner excusing himself for being late. He asks whether someone has sent Dadi's food. Deepika says I did and then whispers that I haven't told anyone anything. Dev is confused and asks what? She retorts of going to Delhi. Vaishali says everyone knows we are going to Delhi tomorrow. Deepika is dejected and says well I didn't know. It's because I am quiet that this happens to me. Suddenly Purohitji starts coughing. They all get up and gather around him. He drinks some water and is fine. Dev asks if he is all right. He answer I am ok, I just choked on some food. Vaishali takes him to his room. Mrinalini remarks that Vaishali was getting worried as if...anyways I hope everything is ok. Dev answers when you are here how can everything be all right. Mrinalini asks what do you mean. Dev retorts that everything is not ok, but is great.

Purohitji is still coughing, and Vaishali brings him some water. She says we shouldn't delay and should go and see the doctor in Delhi. He answers what will be the use, they will say I haven't got many days left. I wanted to live my last days in Vrindavan, but our business will suffer as it cannot be handled here. We will have to go as soon as Dev brings back Choti Bahu. Vaishali starts crying at that. Purohitji seeing her distress says when you smile this gives me the courage to go on. It gives me hope. You know that I don't want anyone to know my state of health. They leave to meet Dadi.

Arjun is seen behind the curtains. He is drinking and is smiling at the fact that his tauji is not going to live for long. This is going to be interesting. Arjun is trying to convince his dad to ask for their part in the property otherwise they might not get anything. His dad is elated at this news that tauji is about to die, he says I thought we will have to wait for so many years but here in a few days our fate will change. Look just how we will give him a shock. Arjun says let me go and tell Mrinalini as she will be very happy hearing this. His dad stops him from doing so saying we shouldn't trust women. She is the bahu of this house anyway, she will get her part. Think about yourself. If she gets greedy for more, she might switch loyalties.

Shastriji is talking to Devki saying that if Radhika's marriage goes as smoothly as Vishaka's went, then it would be great. He asks anyways what was the Pandit saying about the guy. The phone starts to ring and Shastriji goes to answer. It is Purohitji on the phone informing him that Dev will come tomorrow to pick up Vishaka. He says they won't be able to come as Dadi is not well. He says as soon as she will see Choti Bahu she will feel better. Shastriji informs Devki, Vishaka and Radhika that Dev will come to take Vishaka home tomorrow. Vishaka is shocked. Shastriji asks Radhika to stay with Devki all day tomorrow.

Purab comes to Vishaka's room through the window. Vishaka is annoyed with him saying two days are over and he hasn't done anything. He answers we would have started shooting if your sister didn't come in between. Go and get me the jewellery now. Vishaka answers Aama has kept them with her. She adds that Dev is coming to get me. Purab says go! This is good news. Vishaka gets angry. He pacifies her and explains her to her that is where all the money is. Just act as an good bahu in front of them. Aama is about to come in and Purab goes away. Aama is restless as Vishaka is going tomorrow and she hasn't spoken to her properly. Vishaka cajoles her saying she is not going too far and whenever they will call her, she will come. Aama answers you will have to for Radhika's wedding. Vishaka asks so is it set? Aama retorts if it is not, then it will be soon. Vishaka is happy thinking at least then she won't be here to watch over what will I do.

Vaishali is putting a shawl over Purohitji's shoulders when Dev comes in. She tells him to prepare his stuff as tomorrow he will have to fetch Choti Bahu. Purohit adds be careful not to leave anything behind that will make you come to Vrindavan again and again. Dev is thinking of Radhika and what she said in the temple. He is sad but is smilling for their sake. A sad song is playing and he is lost in Radhika's thoughts. Dev says don't worry Dad! I will leave behind all my memories here as I know that this is what is best and what everyone wishes.

Precap: Aama is conving Devki to send Radhika off the house before Dev comes. So that even this rasam goes on well.
