My Predictions

I dont know if anyone has seen the movie 'Aaina'. The cast is Jackie Shroff, Juhi Chawla and Amrita Singh. Juhi C likes Jackie S, but he in turn likes Amrita S. And on the day of the wedding Amrita S runs away from the house to work in films. Then Jackie and Juhi are married. Just when they are about to settle in their married life, Amrita Singh returns and the story goes on with misunderstandings created, etc.

Actually, I read somewhere that radhika will get married to Dev's elder brother. As the ghoongat did not lt him see his own bride..I guess he will realize its radhika only after her marriage to his brother..

it is completely impossible in hindi film/serials. A married girl can not be married again. it is kinda against our culture, so they won't show it.

umm.. why would Vivek get married again when he is married to Mrinalini???????? unless they get divorced or something. But like the person above me said, i don't think Dev or Radhika will get married again to anyone else, other than themselves maybe. I think the point of stressing each ritual in Dev and Radhika's wedding and giving it importance was to show that they are bound together due to divine will. I don't think they will do some sacrilage where they show Kanha to be uniting Dev and Radhika in marriage and then have Radhika be someone else's wife. Tho technically Dev is shown to be someone else's husband but its understood that he'll never accept Vish as wife and that RaDev will happen sometime. But if Rads gets married to Dev's brother that'll just be sticky.

umm yeah y would she marry his brother?!? when hes already married 2 mrinanili or w.e.. i dnt think that dev or radhika will get married 2 anyone else but themselves..i hope nandu ends up telling that radhika was theone that got married 2 dev

The "Aaina" plot seems plausible. Sounds good. And if Dadi spoke in earnest, then all that should happen soon. After the wedding, Dadi blessed the couple and said that same time next year, there must be a baby in the bahu's arms. She also mentioned that the baby blessing is potent. What I am trying to get at is the timeline and how events may unfold and the pace of the serial.

It is unlikely that Radhika will marry Vivek (Mrinalini is smart, she knows that the Purohit's are worth a lot of money, so no divorce from her side). But will Vivek walk again? How did he become handicapped? Did his wife cause the accident (though he said no in an earlier episode), If yes, how will the family react when they learn that.

One angle I would like the C-B creative team to explore is Radhika's parentage. Who were her parents? Why was she abandoned? Will Dev's family accept her whole-heartedly? In today's episode, in the temple scene, Dev's Mom (and the family) did not re-invite Radhika after they heard her birth details from Vishakha. They kept quiet. That is not a good sign.

Soap operas are unpredictable, sometimes even illogical. So anything is possible to keep the ratings high.
