As fans we not only love the characters Radhika and. Dev, but have strong feelings for the actors who played those roles with conviction that they are engraved in our heart. Our way of showing gratitude is to support them in whichever possible way we can.

But I was deeply upset when at the start of IPKKND, Avinash in his interview had told that the fans get attached to the actors more than the characters. Fans have intelligence and know to distinguish betweent he two. Without fans they will not get invitations to perform all over the world, because these performances are in their individual capacities and not as the characters they play in the show...fans come to see the actors and not the characters.

Maybe I am too sensitive or he would not have meant it that way and I read too much betweent he lines. Decided to support someone who atleast acknowledges the fans and the time they take to make them feel special.

Just my POV...not with an intention to hurt anybody.

I don't know about this but as far as I know Avinash has always praised the fans saying whatever they want -- I remember in cb1 just before the Abhay track there was an interview good 20 mins long where he said if the fans want Dev to be maybe he will come back and how he always reads all the fan ail he gets as if the fans didn't like the character an actor plays then ---the actor is not doing a good job

But one thing is Avinash is more revered than Rubina

Based on the activities of IPK forum, I'm sure Avinash already has many fans in his new show. He does not need any support from the CB fans.
