He wanted to open his eyes but the severe pain in his made it hard for him to do so. He groaned and cursed himself for drinking too much. He rolled over and stretched his body the sat on the bed. He lazily opened his eyes and was astonished to see him on his bed only with his trousers. When did he got home? And when did he removed his clothes, he thought. He also noticed the mess and the dampness of his bed. He shrugged the thought as he can't handle the pain in his head.

He went to the kitchen but stopped when he saw Radhika cooking something. He noticed the glow on her face, the new spark in her eyes, he found her more beautiful than she usually does.

"She's cooking again??" he murmured. He was about to make her stop but held back remembering the last conversation they had. He doesn't want to hurt her again plus he really loves her food.

Radhika tilted her head and saw Dev looking at her.

"Good morning!!!" She said smilingly.

He frowned and said in his mind "what happened to her??"

"Goo..good morning..could you make me some lemonade??" he said while approaching her.

"wait, luv…" She said. He looked at her shockingly, did he heard her saying "luv", he wondered, then shrugged thinking it could be his hangover.

Suddenly he heard the sound of anklets when she moved, he looked at her feet and saw shiny silver anklets hanging onto her feet.

"where did you get those??" Dev said.

"what??" she asked confusedly.

"The anklets..why did you get it?? I told you to never touch my things without my permission…"

She frowned and said "I didn't get it, you himself gave it to me.."

He astonishingly asked "what?? Me??? Why would I give you that?? When did I gave it to you??"

"last night…"

"last night..i wasn't here last night I was in the club..by the way who brought me here???"

"I..don't know…you came to me alone.."

"that's the time I gave you these??"

"no.."

He propped up his elbow to support his head and looked at her glowing beautiful face, she flickered her eyelashes and smiled.

"this is the best night of my life, luv!!" he said while moving his thumb against her cheek.

"me too.."

"hey, I brought you something, would you like to see??"

"for me??"

"Yes, luv!! Now where did I put my trousers??" he said while looking here and there.

He took the shining silver anklets from the pocket and showed it to her.

"It's…it's beautiful but what are these???" she asked innocently.

"these are anklets you wear it here…" he said while putting them on her. She moved her legs and giggled at the sound of the anklets.

"it makes sound..I love this sound…" she said while hearing the sound.

"I'm glad you loved it..now let's sleep.."

"I'll go to my room??"

"why would you go to your room, you are my wife..you would be staying near me..we would do everything together..we eat together, sleep together…" He said and took her in his arms.

"I…I..made love?? " Dev said softly. He just couldn't believe he did that, he did that foolish thing.

"Yes, you don't remember, luv??" Radhika said. He still didn't answer, he was lost in his own thoughts.

"What happen, luv??" Radhika asked and touched his shoulder.

He jerked and looked at her then blasted "Don't come near me ever…and don't call me luv.."

"but you asked me to be near you…you asked me to call you luv.."

"why didn't you stop me??"

"Stop you for what???"

"for..for..making love with you??"

"I…I..liked it.."

"what?? You..you..liked it..Oh, how can I forget you don't even know what is lovemaking, you are virgin and innocent..damn you don't even know it's a sin when you don't do it with your husband.."

He sat on the stone near the pond. He loves this place, whenever he feels bad, he always come here to change his mood.

"Priya, why are you doing this?? " Dev said cryingly.

"Dev, we just can't be together, for god sake stop crying like a baby.." Priya said.

"But..I..love you and you too.."

"Love is not enough for me..you can give me love but not happiness..I can't marry you, you are a theif..think about my honor and respect what will people say when they'll get to know that you are a theif..you are a criminal…"

"I told you..I would start an honest living…I will do everything to keep you happy..I will buy you things you want..Please don't leave me..Please…"

"I know you would start honest living but you wouldn't get rich in a night..it will take you time for that..and I don't want to live like a poor..besides you would not have honor even though you start an honest living..you will be still considered a theif…no rich and respectable girl can ever be happy with you…she would be ashamed to be with you..don't make it hard for me.."

He angrily held her shoulders and asked "if you were planning to leave me why did you love at first place??? Why did you showed care???"

"Dev, you're hurting me…" she said while struggling.

"what about the hurt you gave me??"

She pushed him angrily and blasted "you can get rid of the hurt I gave you but I wouldn't get rid of the humiliation I would get if I marry you…look for a girl who is just like you, a thief…girl like me would never be happy with you…goodbye Dev…" and she went away.

Tears flowed from his eyes, he made the same mistake, he fell in love with the same girl, rich and respectable girl. Even though he didn't admit in front of her but he know he already fell in love with her. He doesn't know how he'll handle this guilt of making love with her. He just completely ruined her life. He wrapped his arms on his knees and cried his heart out.

The moment he entered the house he faced the angry look of Raj.

"where were you??" Radhika asked cryingly while approaching him.

He looked at her, again guilt and sorrow came in his heart.

"we need to talk, Dev…" Raj said. Dev knew he is angry, he never calls him Dev unless he is gravely angry with him.

"I'm..I'm..sor…"

"We'll talk alone…" Raj said and went inside the room.

After giving a last look at her, Dev went inside.

"Why would you di that stupid thing??"

"I was drunk..and that marriage thing was in my mind…"

"that's it..but she told me you told her that you love her…"

"No…I…don't…I may have…said that to seduce her…"

"Damn, kid..you seduced her..you know you ruined her life…I thought you love her…now tell me who will marry her?? You?? You don't even love her??"

"I was not in my senses…I'm sorry, I just can't help it…"

"how come you lost your senses when you were drunk…it never happened before..why the hell did you drink knowing that there's a girl in your house, that too virgin…"

"I don't know…I just don't know what happened…I told to not keep her with me…"

"that's not the point kid..i kept her with you because I thought you would never do such thing unless..unless you love her too..but you don't…now I don't know how I'm going to tell this to him.."

"tell who??"

"Her lawyer..he is the one who wanted me to keep her away from his uncle because he knew that if her guardianship is over he will kill her.."

"I thought she is your relative.."

"she's not…now I'll tell you why I want to keep her safe..it happened years ago, I was caught stealing in her lawyer's house..we made a bargain that he will not give me any punishment unless I abduct Radhika few months prior to the release of her will which I did by giving you this task…now you ruined everything.."

"why didn't you told me before??"

"ofcourse my reputation counts here..if somebody got to know that I was caught stealing then you'll know what will happen to my reputation.."

"that's how you know many things about her.."

"yes, he tells me everything.."

"what will happen if you'll tell him about…about us??"

"I don't know kid..but I'm taking her away from you..you have already made a wrong move..i don't want to get it repeated…she won't be coming back..it was another thing if you loved her, since she loves you..i could've let both of you stay together…"

"It's…better she…stays away…from me…"

"I'm sorry kid, I wish you could admit that you love her too..i can see it in your eyes but don't know why are you hiding it..i think you need some time to think…" Raj said in his mind.

"Okey kid, bring her belongings.." Raj said and went out.

After five minutes, Radhika entered the room.

"How could you do that?? Tell him you love me…"

"Radhika, I don't love you…"

"but…you..said..said..you love me…"

"I was drunk..i don't know what I was doing so please go away..stay away from me..It's better for both of us.."

"No, please…I love you…Don't leave me…Please…" She said.

"stop it, Radhika…you go away…I would never love, never consider you my wife..I may love your body or your money but I would never be in love wi…"

He felt the harsh knuckles against his jaw, he looked at the owner and was astonished to see her eyes filled with rage.

"I hate..you, dev…You..are bad…I was…fool…fool to fell in..love with you…I hate you…" she said angrily and left cryingly. He touched his jaw and moaned feeling the pain, she really punched him hard.

Raj chuckled and said "she really used her fighting skills on her teacher..but great job…"

"would you just go…" Dev said angrily.
