I am confused. India-forums is a free forum. And certain daily update posts are made password protected. What is the purpose of that?

In addition, the password login page is wrong. You have both login and error on the same page. Error is shown even before you put in your password.

And, you don't get back to where you were when you put in your password. For example, if I was on a December 2 update and have to put in my password and it is accepted, I now have to re-navigate to the page I was on. Annoying

Daily updates r for members only,u have to b registred and log in,updaters protect their work bcoz sm copy it on other sites!! Once registred You have to add CB forum to ur list on "my forums" pressing that lil star near it so you wont have to re-navigate to the page u were on! Hope u understand! 4 other info go to help desk! :)

Only Written updates threads are mostly protected and made as MEMBERSONLY.

me too dont know the exact reason why we put it membersonly! 😆

Maybe because for members to appreciate the Updaters efforts! If members arent logged on then how can they Like the WU!!!..lol...this is just my personal opinion! 😳

Usually when u type the password wrong u get the error and it is directed to different page! and ya then we have to renavigate!
but i not many times i have got the error so didnt matter to me!
