I dont know why the writers are giving so much importance to Padma.

First, she is not a legitimate Bahu. Chaya was the Bahu.

She is not even a strong personality. A wavy one who has no Asthitva by herself. However, in a strong family as Purihit Sadan, she is given so much importance. Doesnt that should stupid?

I also think she should get punished. she also didn't trust radhika, and treated her badly, I would say in some cases worst than others.
