Before blaming Kanha I always felt the need to question why he allowed this injustice to haapen to Radhika. Here are some of my views.

4) When Dev and Barkha as RP and Rpian had to put chunar on Radha Rani, there was a strong wind blown and BArkha did not hold the chunar while it was only Dev who wrapped it on Radharani. Here Kanha clearly gives the indication and support that he cannot accept anyone else as RPian except Radhika and prevents Barkha from doing this.

5) During Navratri function when Barkha offers the flower and the incense stick both were declined by Kanha which was there for everyone to see. No one understood that. When sindoor was applied by Dev to Barkha that got the approval of the society present there but did God approve this, time will tell when this aspect comes in future.

6) Ever since the adharm happened the statue of Kanha got broken, Radhika was missing from home but could anyone lay their hands on what is all this indication about?

7) When Dev went in search of Radhika he was very close to the place where she was buried, could feel her presence yet could not see her.

8) when Radhika/Kanha tells Dev that Radhika's presence is always in his heart but he is unable to see her because he is completely lost in the thick cloud of adharm which is thickening in the horizon.

Kanha has to come to this household to lift the cloud that is slowly making a place for itself to not only ruin Dev but the Rpti.

I dread to say this, just the way dada lost Hari because of his act of adharm has Dev also lost Radhika here? Has he lost the loving, affectionate Radhika who belonged tohim to RPti? Or will Kanha be forced to pardon him because Radhika his devotee always prayed thta no danger should befall her husband and so give Dev another chance to win back his lost wife?

Great thoughts..You have written about many instances that clearly show that Dev is not seeing things clearly; his clouded mind has made him to take wrong decisions...his trust is faltered...
Yes, this is all Kanha's leela...

But to me there is a major difference between Dadaji and Dev...whatever Dadaji did was intentional, he knew what he was doing and he chose to separate Hari and Chayya and rendered injustice to Padma. In addition, knowingly took Dev away from his mother and made him "an orphan" and Rohan too was affected in the process...

With Dev, his intentions were not malice...although his actions caused injustice to Radhika and to Barkha as well...his decisions are based on the conflict in his mind, dilemma caused by his sense of karatvya and obligation...so his deeds are less severe...

So to me Kanha, will give him another chance, a chance to rectify his mistakes...moreover. Radhika's presence in his life will also have help...

Radhika is kanha bhakth and so kanha will grant her, her hearts' desire...to be with her KK...

Thnx for a beautiful post Radha & Radhika. I agree.There's a huge difference between dada & Dev.Whatever adharm dada had done it was intentionally while Dev had no malice in his heart. Besides Dev has Radhika who is a Kanha bhakth with him.Even if Kanha feels that Dev has done adharm & he doesn't deserve Radhika , He will have to bow down in front of RaDev's love & He'l give Dev his Radhika.

It is good that you brought out the distinction between dada and Dev. To me dada was responsible for spreading adharm because in the name of protecting dharm he made others do adharm. Hari and chaya were the vicitms of this.

Dev's upbringing was one of the reasons why he was so duty bound and I accept this. He may not have malice in his intentions is also accepted. He wanted to do justice to both Barkha and Radhika and in this he has reached a situation where he cannot accept Radhika as his wife at all as he has not only announced Barkha as his wife but also filled her maang. he had two occasions where he had to tell the truth, opportunities presented to him. both the times he missed the bus. He has done adharm and what if the adharm goes under wraps if Radhika is dead. Radhika/Kanha told Dev that you are doing your RP duties very well and in future you have to continue this only. This was when she asked him are you in two minds ---to do your pati dharm or RP dharm. She even told him the next day that he has no right to ask her a question in the capacity of her husband, did it ring a bell?

Dev has committed adharm and except on the day when he cried after seeing Radhika was there any apology, remorse or repentence?

Thank god I am not Kanha, he may be more benevolent and kind to Dev's acts---- for me a normal human being that I am is more difficult to think that he can be condoned easily.

for having remained steadfast in her devotion to kanha and her inability to see her husband suffer the pangs of seperation from her may grant a new lease of life to her so that she has a happy life with her KK. Wonder how Dev is going to atone for the wrong decision taken by him?

I am so looking forward to see this track--about how Dev will atone for all the wrong decisions he took...

Kanha will have to bow down in front of RaDev's love--Radhika's pure love and her devotion...

I think that Dev was given chances from Kanha to give Radhika her rights but I guess the way Barka played everything made him insecure . I didn't watch the episode of Dev putting the sindoor in Barkas maang due to family pressure ..But once Radhika/Kanha came to the PB I thought that this was a test for Dev ...If he will listen to his heart or his mind ...I guess Dev listen to his head and went on with putting the maang though he knew what he was doing was wrong ..But didnt want to speak up since it will ruin the RPhiti ...Now Radhika/Kanha is here to remove that cloud from Dev and show him the real Dharm ! I liked the was Radhika/Kanha told Dev that he has no right to ask Radhika the question because he deprived her from her rights! I thought that dialogue would wake Dev up a little ,but I guess with time he will connect the dots 😉

Well the post are thoughts from Radha and Devika ---the thread formed from the discussions we had on FB...

Dev to me is an enigma...his actions reflect a lot of how he grew up...his insecurities, his sense of obligation and kartavya...all contributed to what he did...

The question still remains for me is was there kanha's maya in his actions?,,,,did kanha influence his actions? And if so why?...

But as you said, Radhika is now his sarthi and his guiding light...showing him the right path...

May be we will realize the answer to these questions, as the story unfolds
