Amazing that Barkha is always one step ahead with her scheming plans. So she planned the whole sindoor thing before with her accomplice (don't know who she is...never seen her before) because she knows that Rads was no way on the scene and Dev will have to put the sindoor on her head. And although Dev didn't want to do it he had to reluctantly. A gust of wind at the time this took place but don't think it was dramatic enough to enforce Khana's presence. Oh Barkha felt like Mrs Dev...seen the sly, foxy grin on her face. Like, yes!! got you into my grips kinda thing. Hope I'm not wrong here that DDma shook her head at the time as if to say no don't do it but...
The aftermath ...Dev's guilt sets in. Why did I do it? Well we are all asking the same question, WHY DEV? You were thinking of Rads at the moment but that didn't matter as much as DDji and being RP and your obligation to this and not Rads...well she is ONLY the wife. Barkha is RPtian and she has a reputation to up hold. Ok you hurt yourself the need to feel pain from the guilt you are carrying but what about Rads she felt even more pain than you have ever felt. The pain when you fail to listen and believe in her. I can see your anguish and the sick feeling from the sin you commit with Barkha...but who is having the last laugh. Yes Barkha!! She is suffering from guilt too (ie if she has a conscience) a happy one maybe because she feels she's got her DEV.
