Is Padma the real culprit here?

Rads will come with Kanha's blessings and HIS power and expose everything slowly. For now, things might go in stride for BH. CVs usually keep some things open ended, like Rads getting buried and not confirming that she is really dead, so that they can see how the plot is being takent and then blow the wind accordingly. If they get the the vibes that viewers are not liking the Kanha plot, they might bring Rads back with Geeta's pravachan to fight your own. But it looks like it is padma and Bh behind all this as in Bidai, it was the most loving and docile character that was shown to have revengeful mind. Isn't it surprising that no matter how much your own child has wronged the family, the mother will not be that hard hearted to leave the child and support the other woman's good son. She is partnered with BH for all this. Now it could be that she planned all this after Dev and Rad wedding as BH until then was quite adamant for Rad Dev wedding. Her expressions ofhappiness were quite generous. Why not to really marry the man when you want him so much. Or may be when Cvs had no story left , they turned BH negative and forgot what they had shown before. But to me it seems that it is Padma dear who is the chupi rustam and who has overshadowed our loud BB.
