Just sharing a bit from TOI Article-

Benaf, 'I am really lookng forward to playing 'grey' barkha. it will just add a new dimension to the character. so far people have seen me as totally Ms.Goody.. but now they will curse me when they see how depraved i have turned and how i will never let Dev and Radhika come together.'

Accordng to a source on sets apparently Benaf turning negative is not a sudden decision bt was always planned right frm the inception of her character. The source reveals, 'One cannot have 3 morally superior characters together when u are exploring an emotion called love. There's bound to some tension between them at some point bcoz that is what is natural and human'.

I was always saying these things.BCD turning negative was all preplanned.But this means we have to tolerate BCD for a long time.

Interesting article,thanks for sharing! It was expected but the reasoning for me is weird,i mean knt it be friendship between a couple and a woman,not always has to be tension,only if the single pers doesnt have good intentions from the start...so she was grey or negative from the start but faked it...

This track can come out interesting if cvs show us logically what made her turn grey and that too against her best frnd radhika...! mystery deepens.. who is the one helping her in this plan, daima, her mom or someone else!

Maybe she was faking all the time. But,I feel her track might be coming to an end soon since BB has come to know her plans. BB & Barkha will be at loggerheads & as we know Barkha is over confident & she always slips & gives away lots of things. When she was at PB she had said that she doesn't know Mansa to Rohan but when Chenu saw her she said his mom was at the hospital & infact even mentioned that she was from Rawal but didn't know Radhika. I think she doesn't have a good memory & liers should have good memories.I'm sure one day she'l slip in order to save her skin but will get trapped in her own lies & deceit.

So Barkha was always planned to be negative? Yes, it does seem that it was planned ahead...probably because if we look back, we all used to get irritated even when she was goody-goody. She was indulging too much in to RaDev's life...was committing too many blunders. Probably they weren't blunders but well-chalked out plan. Probably she wanted everyone to think that she is so naive and all, when she was not!
