I don't know whether anyone agrees with me... and this has been on my mind for some time now ... Radhika and Dev appear to be sidelined ... they are not given much prominence as lead actors. If one were to watch the last few weeks, you will be forgiven to think that Bharka was one of the leads.
I also agree that too much dirty linen was washed in public... one would have thought that Dadaji would have brought the entire story out in private with family members and the Mahantji (he is needed as the RP work involves him). I thought the handling of the situation was a little insensitive.
Radhika was not given much to say except when she had to defend herself as not being Rohan's wife. But before that she was just left out -i thought the creatives would have had Radhika going to Dev to support him during the shocking revalations - or at least standing near him... or even supporting him with her eyes...but no... Even when Padma was falling not only she but Bharka also moved forward to hold her... what is this with Bharka...
Dev and Radhika appears to be just one of the characters instead of the two lead characters...

Why we continue to watch CB...Only and only because of Avina's power pack performances...they're the main leads...show came on air again...only and only because of them. Whatever success CB got is bc of them only. Dadaji does not need caretaker anymore...Radev are there for him. Barkha has become bin bulaya mehman. Saurav is good actor but we are not watching show for him. Why does creators learn from Indian film industry that superstars don't run the film it is the story, script and the promotional strategies. Like what Aamir Khan does for his production house. Even SRK does not make a film a success...it is the story. Thus...increasing Rohan & Barkha's roles is not going to increase TRPs. Its all about politics. I don't think Zee understands power of story like other top rated channels.

Its true, they didnt consider a scene for dev to express his anguish but i think all this drama with pama was made just to put a base for rohan getting out of the house! If padma wasnt so emotional charged,so hurt and guilty that she took chaya's rites she would not reacted that way and say to rohan to leave, she wouldnt aprove ofcourse with his actions but in another situation she would have felt more secure of her positon and would have tried to change rohan bringing him on the rite path...but no she was to defeated to make him rite...Things being like this and radh telling the truth was the last drop in the already full glass and she asked him to leave...for me this is why they showed all this drama...as for dev his time will come too to speak his pain...

Tazzi,
It is unbelievable that the feelings of Dev who was also wronged by the revelation was not given the emphasis that was duly deserving. I was also looking forward to one great episode where Avinash could have done great justice to the situation, alas it was all in my dreams and left to my own imagination.
I do agree that more than Dev the adult, it is Dev the child who was deprived and had no choice on anything and his feelings of despair, shock, anger and sadness was all kept to himself. He was shown to be a person who cared more about others feelings than the wrong meted out to him. It was extremely evident when Padma vented out her feelings and thought of the wrong done to her but Dev on the other hand could only feel sorry for the other person who along with him was also a victim. That is the greatness of Dev, one of the many reasons why we all adore him.
My only suggestion to Dev is, he is ahuman-being entitled to his feelings and once in a while can live life for himself too.
Just like many of you, I am also of the view that undue screen-space is given to Barkha almost giving an impression as if she is a lead. Now that Radhika can take care of dadaji, why cannot Barkha move out of PB. something seems very fishy here. Also did not like the fact that dadaji gave credit only to Barkha y'day and forgot the behind-the screen efforts of Dev and Radhika. Somehow it is giving me also a very strange feeling.

This is a repeat of CB1 when they were wrapping up the show too quick. Dev was not given any part except showing him as a background fixture.

I think the show is ending and the CVs don't want to give credit to RADEV.

This is my personal opinion.

I think so too that the show is ending. I am not sure how the TRPs work .. with a TRP of 1.3 would they consider continuing or would they consider canceling in favor of a new show? But TRP of 1.3 does appear to be very low. I do rfemember how quickly they wound up CB 1 in favor of the new serial RMJ.

Dear zeezee55, i have noticed that too,...in todays epi, no remorse was shown on Padma's side towards Dev, at least that should have broght in some convo between them & brought some light on Dev... as a most wronged one in this trauma, Cv neglected him completely...all the shots were focused on Padma , me, me & my son...what a shame...the neglected one for 23 yrs , was neglected again...

In a twisted way...Padma is like Amma...I am very angry at creators for wasting talents like AVINA...Only reason show was brought back was bc of Avina...bc they're the ones brought success to characters of Radev...It is Radev ki Ek Nahin Prem Kahani...not Padma-Rohan-Barkha Kahani.

What Dharm??? It would be adharm if they even think of marrying Dev to Barkha. Radhika was always strong headed and believed in her childhood marriage...CVs just have forgotten that such like...Dadaji's 3rd son and Rohan's sister. Creators...in the name of lord...bringing these kind of subject is completely against human values...and will hurt many viewers. In the end they will lose even more viewers. Zee and CVs...am sorry to say are punch of fools if they do bring this subject. I agree with you Barkha is not necessary in family matters.

Dev has not had the chance to confesses his disappointment with the short and intense life of his father's, anguish and sadnesson of his mother's sacrifice, her distant family, his pain, loneliness, lack of affection of mother during on childhood humiliations , feelings of love of Radhika and, last but not least, esttem from Dadaji, his tolerance to his capital mistakes from the past, and his forgiveness.

This show has turn into Majli Bahu (middle wife) and her trials and tribulations...for creators Radev and their trials and tribulations do not matter.
