Yeah ur right i think there is something to do with baby switching since Rohan and Dev are almost the same age.So i think maybe padma and dev's mom gave birth and dev's mom gave birth and died and dadaji switched babies with dev and rohan or somethng like that

This may not be right but this is what I think

Misti your comment make sense, but I have a doubt. If you r saying dev's father married to his real mother first then dev will be elder than Rohan which is not true. Assuming whatever u said is right then how come Maheshwari don't know about this?
