Here I was thinking that we needed a longer commentary to make up for last two days. My first question is that whether chunnu munnu have finally started reading your threads. It is as if there is huge difference between the last week and this week. If they had tightened their screenplay in the beginning, we wouldn't see such a fall in ratings. Rubina was right in her interview about audience not connecting with side characters as these PF characters don't make sense and weaken Dev. Big improvement and hope they continue. Still need to develop Padma and have to provide logical reason for her actions. The actress playing Padma can also act and need to be utilized. So far her actions are not making much sense. Amma is totally useless. send her to some long yatra. Otherwise, she would just give bad advice to Dev.
And to me Dev is Bumbum and Phulhari is Radhika so even if it is serious......well not that serious really..😉...I am sticking to Bumbum and Phuljahri. Yeah we all like Bumbum and Phuljhari especially Phuljhari when she becomes stubborn about Bumbum. So she is a delight to watch these days.
There has been a build up of drama...so will talk about that but first will say that Rubina was very good on Tuesday......her change of expressions as Phuljhari'.. from joy at looking at Bumbum through the window..to shyness and peeking out from the corner of the eye to see Bumbum'.to sitting patiently for the chunar and then bewilderment at some other person picking the chunar''.questioning looks at Bumbum'which turned to pleading looks'''.were very well done. I am glad that they did not give her any dialogues and just let her enact the feelings''Avinash matched her by apologetic looks as Bumbum'''..helpless and turning his face away so that he will not be able to looks when the chunar happens'''.good tandem work by both Avinash and Rubina. .
Both their expressions were good, but Rubina to me was way better than Avinash this week. I liked his guilty look (not able to meet Radhika's questioning eyes), helplessness, sadness and finally some relief mixed with concern for Radhika. He was relieved that chunar rasam did not happen or at least he did not have to witness it.
Although Tuesday was Phuljhari's day and Bumbum matched her quite well another character did catch my eye. She only had a couple of dialogues but her reactions were very interesting to me, the character that I am talking about is Mohini. She was being irritating and was looking down on Mansas famly and she questioned Virath on badi bahus judgment regarding getting a girl from this family for the marriage and was told off by Virath that whatever mom does is for the best''.at that moment the mask slips from her face and there is anger'''which she quickly hides by giving one of her trademark smiles. I don't know whether the creatives are planning on developing this character further or not but she has potential to match badi bahu and turn Virath against the mother. She does have her reasons''..she knows that her husband looks down on her but she is still sticking around'..just for the RP post to come to her husband. Wonder what will she do if everything falls apart for her?
Yes, she knows that her husband doesn't like her. She doesn't much care for Maheswari's ways but is very sweet to her for the time being as she doesn't want to jeopardize her Mrs. RP title. But there is a complex layer to this character. She craves for her husband's love who only cares for a position and status. So want to see her dynamics with Viraath after things don't work out. They need to show more side story for her. She was supposed to play Radha in that mela, but didn't come because she got sick. Radhika got that part. She is from an influential religious family and will be jealous of Radhika as Radhika would become Mrs. RP, is considered more beautiful than her and would be in control of all the PF wealth. So hope they show her true colors at that time and make it interesting.

That day they did keep Bumbum in character'..in the temple Rohan wanted to pray for two things and wanted Bumbums help in showing him how to pray''(1) Phuljhari gets well (2) Thanking God for bringing Phuljhari in his life'''.but Bumbum only shows him to pray for Radhika getting well and conveniently left out the other prayer'😆''good work Bumbum👏'''
I am now liking Bumbum's reactions these days. Even though he is sacrificing, he is not liking it a bit and reacts possessively whenever Chirkut talks about his wish that Radhika falls in love with him. He also doesn't like Chirkut's proclamations about loving Radhika.
Then when Phuljhari comes out'..her first reaction was that this cannot happen because her heart is telling her that Bumbum is her KK''''..her first reaction after shock was that'..hers subconscious has made the link with her conscious'.
That was the part I wanted to see and thankfully they decided to straight out that part of Radhika. Radhika's one wish from childhood has been to be reunited with KK and all the obligations etc are secondary for her. That's why her showing jealousy and confusion at one time and then showing no joy that Dev's proposal was not for Chanda as well as no disappointment that KK may not be Dev didn't go with her characters. I am glad that she is questioning the proofs and going with her faith. That is the essence of Radhika. As you mentioned the other day, now this is her battle and she has to fight it alone.
I am also happy at Mansarams refusal to believe her POV and then true to form he starts having doubts and comes back but then gets caught in Shantis web''.Shanti is also acting true to form''..she managed to convince Mansaram playing the good parent and then went and poured honey on Phuljhari'😆'..being sharp she changed tactics but she did not realize that her tubelight birth child has let out the fact that Bumbum's marriage proposal is for her'😆..I mean the tubelight. So Phuljhari now knows that tubelight is after her KK ''😆''. Shanti can pour gallons on honey, gur, sugar syrup / chocolates and what not on Phuljhari but it will have no effect and she will bang her head against an immovable wall which is Phuljharis stubborness in going for something that she believes in and not budging from it .😃
Mansaram was already torn when the proposal initially came as he rightly thought that this was a great opportunity for Radhika but unfortunately Radhika was married in his eyes. But now there is no manipulation and he found out from the only source available that RP's grandson performed on the stage. So his POV and frustation at Radhika's stubborness is justifiable. Shanti is also correct about dreams being different from reality. But she is not doing it for Radhika's sake, but doing it for her own purposes. So liked her changing her style of dealing with Radhika.
Also am glad that Champakali showed her intelligence to Radhika. But liked Radhika's reaction where she was horrified to learn that Chanda is getting married to her KK. This Radhika would throw her sister out of the house if she even tries to flirt with her Bumbum. There is no way Bumbum would have to suffer attacks the way he did in CB1 (here I am discounting chunnu munnu factor because in their vision anything is possible).
Well, nobody can shake stubborn Phuljhari once she makes up her mind. Now her mission is to rescue helpless Bumbum from her sister as well as unscrupulous PF members.
At Purohits house Rohan has been hit by the lovaria bug and he has decided to become good and responsible which has sent the mother-son combination of badi bahu-viraath on a panic trip'😳😆'which is even better.
This lovaria bug hits people whenever they come in contact with Phuljhari or Bumbum. Are they some kind of viruses? Look at greedy Chanda who suddenly forgot about her greed as soon as she laid her eyes on Bumbum. So she doesn't even remember Chirkut whom she had eyed during the Holi scene. The Chanda who had problems with Radhika getting anything is now ok with the thought that she would be a wife of a "servant" and Radhika would be the favored "mistress of the house". Look at how much the entire PF was fawning over Radhika. Here Phuljhari is a sought after person.
Same with Phuljhari. As soon as Chirkut looked at her, he well for her. So as you once wrote, all the guys fall for Radhika and all the girls fall for Dev.
