I have a feeling that Dev will agree to the wedding after being blackmailed by BB and out of sorrow thinking he lost Rads. Then there will be a mix up and Dev will marry rads and rohan will marry chanda. At least I hope that's where this is going...

No, I don't think that is how it will happen. I think Dev will remain stubborn and not given in. Meanwhile Radhika will be in a turmoil as to what to do but will eventually choose the real KK and will fight for her rights.
