Part 32

Radhika took relief when both left and she was happy that they didn't come before that and she quickly had a shower and got ready wearing this.

and soon everyone came downstairs and had breakfast and soon the ladies started to discuss about the godh barhai (baby shower) and also have a little get together. Dev was just quite and embarrassed as both of the dadi had caught him. .

Later on the ladies and the gents were sitting in the hall. While the kids were sitting on the floor. Mrinanlli was taking to her mom on the phone and giving her the farm house address so they can come there and deepika was next to her holding her carefully and taking her where everyone was. And by the time they came to the hall she had already spoken to her mum.

Mrinanali: mom I called mama and gave her the address and also told her that we will call them after tell them the day the godh barahi is held and she carefully sat down on the sofa.

D dadi: beta u ight na.

Mrinanali: yes dadi just get tired sometimes.

R dadi: beta don't worry it happens sometimes.

Gayatri: acha so where we. As we decided we gone have godh barhai in few days right.

Vashali: so then if no one minds lets have godh barhai the day after tomorrow majji (mother) hope that's fine with u.

Dev: so dadi u guys leave the arrangement between us youngster while u elder can call whoever u want, so guys let go and see what good decoration we can have. They all went to the garden and sat down on the mats that placed there and was looking at the design and also planning to add their own design. Radev were sitting together, Armaan- riddzi, nupur Mayank'''''' mrinanli was sitting on the couch outside dev looked up and saw everyone busy looking at the design and then he looked at radhika who also was busy looking at the design. He carefully places his hands on radhika which was lying on the mat. Radhika who was busy looking at the design looked at dev when his skin touched hers. Dev was pretending to look at the design. Radhika was trying to release her hand but that made dev tighten his grip even more. She then whispered in dev ears.

Radhika: dev plz let me go.

Dev: nope.

Radhika: dev what if someone sees.

Dev: oh that's the problem one minute. He took the end of her dupatta and covered their hands. Now no one will see he said giving her his charming smile and winking at her. Radhika blushed and didn't look at him and was looking at the decorations.

Samrat: guys what do u think about this design.

Dia: nope that gd too dull.

Nupur: Mayank she said glaring at him and at the same time she was embarrassed.

Atul: haan and after mrinanli babhi u never know whos turn it could be deepika babhi or kripa he said laughing kripa and deepika blushed or guys it could be radhika getting pregnant before these lot after all she is married too he said laughing. Everyone stopped laughing as atul mentioned about radhika wedding only they knew about it except Angad-kripa, deepika-arjun, Vivek-mrinanli, keshav and sharman were looking with their mouth open. Atul stopped laughing as he saw everyone looking at him.

Angad: ye kya ke rahien ho atul tum radhika ki shaadi ho gayin (what r u saying atul radhika is already married.) radhika y is atul saying that.

Armaan: wo bhai actually the thing is that u know radhika and dev got engaged so he is trying to say that radhika is nearly married but when when the wedding will actually happen then she will fully become his wife.

Angad: if that the case then y didn't he mention ur and riddzi name. he asked suspiciously.

Muski: oh teri I just remembered actually veerji the thing is that in hospital once we were taking about pregnant women and we suddenly started to talk about mrinanli didi and then at that time atul mentioned about riddzi becoming a mother and how she is half married as she is already engaged to Armaan. But he forgot to mention radhika name that y he mentioned it now right atul guys. (she calls Angad veerji as she is Punjabi lol I don't know what she will call kirpa if anyone knows how to say sister in law in Punjabi do let me know)

Angad: thank god I was shocked when u said when she is married but atul make sure u don't give others the shock by saying she is married wonder what others will think.

Mrinanli: Angad they will probably be shocked like us and the same thing will be running their heads that was running in our heads. Arrien devar ji u didn't react at all?

Dev: babhi plz and y would I be scared afterall what atul and muski said is true she is my wife but when we get married she will fully become my wife he said while looking at radhika and radhika looked at him in awww.

Vivek: arrien wah dev u have become smart.

Keshav: bhai after all he is smart as im his younger brother just like how u and Arjun bro became smart by being with me dev bro became smart to.

Arjun held keshav ears: beta keshav ji don't u u think it should be the other way round.

Keshav: ahhh Arjun bro its hurting babhi plz tell him na.

Roshani: haha plz leave him look his is in pain she said holding keshav arm. Keshav just looked at her when she touched his arm and he forgot the pain.

Arjun: nahin roshani he should say sorry then I will let go of his ears. But no response from keshav everyone was thinking what is wrong with keshav but when they saw that he was looking at roshani then they started to laugh. Most of the cleared their throat.

Dev: radhika ek minute he whispered and let go oh his hand he was behind keshav. Roshani looked at him and he gestured her to move away and as she didn't keshav gaze just followed hers dev sat down next to keshav and stroked his hear. Keshav turned his head and came out fo his trance when he saw dev face near.

Dev: what happened keshav.

Keshav: uh uh nothing bro im just gone go inside. And he ran away. Soon everyone started to go inside radhika and dev were left last and radhika got up to go but dev pulled her down to sit.

Radhika: dev what happened.

Dev: nothing I just feel like loving u he said huskily near her ear. Radhika felt ticklish as he was so close to her and his breath falling on her skin.

Radhika: u r becoming naughty these days.

Dev: what can I do when ive got a beautiful women with me.

Radhika: oh that's y u love me hmmm I see.

Dev: if u understand me then plz can I have my lovely ice cream.

Radhika: yeah like how both of the dadi came in the morning and then how embarrassing it was.

Dev: if that's the case then shall we go to the bedroom he said coming closer to her while radhika moved her head a bit back.

Dev: so then lets go to the bedroom he said naughtily. Radhika shook her head and gave him a quick kiss on the cheeks and ran inside.

Dev shouted: radhika this is not fair.

Radhika: sorry but everything is fair in love and war and she said turning back to dev and sticks her tongue out and then turned to go inside. Dev pushed his hair back and said.

Dev: god this girl is making me crazy I cant stay without her for a second wonder what I will do when we go back to our own house (lol probz like the other night he will sneak into radhika bedroom after all that what he has been doing) and he also went inside.

Vashali: ok kids hope u all chose the design.

Nupur: haan aunty we have chosen the design. Gayatri and padma came and announced that they called all the guest and told them when the godh barhai is. And soon everyone went to buy outfits to wear for the function. (aint gone go in that much details)

The next day was the same routine like everyday all woke up and met at the dinning table had their breakfast and got ready as it was gone be a busy day. One of the designers who knew the gupta family very well was ready to decorate the function just the way the youngster had decided and they helped the designers. While dev was helping and at the same time trying to get radhika attention. Radhika was carrying fresh flowers she saw dev calling her in the corner but she said no. he tried to get her attention many times but she was busy in the arrangement. Dev got really annoyed coz it was about 5 and they hadn't spoken for few hours and for dev it seemed like he hadn't spoken tot her for many years. Dev then got an idea and walk up to radhika.

Dev: um radhika I need ur help over there can u help me. Radhika was just about to say yes to dev but then the designer came to where they were standing (hehe a male designer)

Designer: Radhika baby just come with me and tell me if u like that part decorated there and he took radhika hand and took her to the other side of the hall. Dev mouth was wide open as radhika just walked passed him

Dev: when I said to her can u help me she didn't say anything but when that designer took her she didn't say anything went along with him and that to holding her hand (lol could anyone smell something burning) and then he also follows them and he sees both of them laughing. Here im dying to be with her and she is laughing with him. the designer sees dev and then says.

Designer: oh god radhika baby ur fianc seems to follow us everywhere around. He said fanning his face with his hand. Radhika turned around and saw dev he was directly looking at her with his arms crossed.

Keerti came up and said: radhika can u just go and help sapna she is outside.

Radhika: ok keerti di. She was about to go when the designer said.

Designer: radhika honey what is this u know na whenever we go we always give a hug to each other before leaving come here he said. Radhika smiled at him and gave her a hug and blows a kiss saying bye to her radhika blew a kiss back too and this made dev more furious and Jealous he only saw the designer hugging radhika and blowing a kiss and missed when the designer done the same to keerti.

Radhika: chalo di dev will be back soon bye sweetu. Dev in his mind she calls him sweetu. He couldn't see her taking to someone like that or someone touching her like that and calling her honey, baby''.. Luckily the decoration had finish

About 6:30 and some of the youngsters had gone to freshen up. Radhika went to freshen up and came out wearing this

she came out of the washroom drying her wet hair with the towel and as soon as she did she got pinned to the wall by dev. He was very close to her.

Dev: had fun being away from me he said radhika was confused at his behaviour.

Radhika: dev what r u saying?

Dev: I called as an excuse to help me with the decoration but u didn't come with me and went with that designer when he came. And the way he held ur hand and took u. I told u radhika I wont bare it if a Stanger touches u like that. Radhika could feel jealously in his each and every work and she smiled.

Radhika: but dev he is not a strange and we know him for many years by the way it seems like someone got jealous she said teasingly.

Dev: but he is a stranger to me and I wont like it when someone call my radhika, baby, honey, sweetheart''. And the way he gave u a hug and blew a kiss at u and u done the same to her to. as he was saying all this his body was crushing to hers. Radhika was feeling a different feeling as he was pressing his body to hers.

Radhika: dev she whispered.

Dev: chup ek dum chup. He was holding her by her waist and his body was still pressed against hers now his forehead was resting against hers. Only I have the right to touch u like that and call u sweet names and don anything romantic things.

He then took her hands which the designer had held and kissed it he was looking at her passionately. Radhika was getting goose bumps all over her body he then nuzzled his face in her wet hair, he slowly moved down her giving her kisses on her cheeks and then to her jaw line and then moved down to her neck radhika was breathing heavily as she couldn't take dev being very close to her this was the first time that there body was really close to each other her legs were going weak and she would of dropped if dev was not holding her. He then moved towards he lips but radhika put her hands between their lips. Suddenly radhika heard someone calling her from downstairs. And she replied back quickly to she then looked at dev and then pleading him to let her go

Dev: and about u saying me jealous then yes radhika I was jealous he placed a quick peck on her lips and went downstairs. Radhika was feeling butterflies in her stomach she loved the way dev held her and blushed at her thoughts and soon headed downstairs for dinner as she came to the dinning table she saw a empty seat opposite dev the two seats next to dev had be taken and on the other side there were some free still. Dev eyes radhika and told her to sit in front of him radhika didn't want to look in his eyes today coz it was saying something different and giving butterflies in her stomach becoz of the way he was looking at her and she didn't want to refuse coz she knows if she didn't then at night she would probz be dead as she didn't get time to speak to him today and after what happened in the day and in the room was making her nervous she didn't know y she was feeling like that so she decide to sit opposite him.

She didn't dare to look at him after that. While eating dev was just looking at her and luckily everyone was busy talking about the next day. Radhika could feel dev gaze on her so she decided to look through her phone luckily she had finished her dinner and quickly excused herself and went to her room she was feeling really shy to face dev she switched on her laptop and was smiling to herself as the new feeling she was discovering.

As she switched on she quickly checked her mails and saw a mail from her other college friends and she replied back to them she didn't realise that it was 9 she quickly turned of her laptop and changed in to her pyjama. She was thinking as to y hadn't dev come and slowly dosed of becoz of the hectic day. Dev came during about 9:30 he saw her sleeping and kissed her forehead cuddled in next to her.

The next day (godh barhai was sat at night around 7:00pm)

Radhika woke up the next morning and saw dev admiring her she got up as she didn't expect him to be here.

Radhika: she sat up: dev when did u come here.

Dev: about 9:30. saw u sleeping that's y didn't disturb u. anyways get ready I will see u at the dinning table he said and gave a kiss on her forehead and left.

Radhika: phew I thought he will be still acting like yesterday but thank god he aint. Thank u kanha she said and went to freshen up. Ase everyone came downstairs they all had breakfast and the girls started to make Prasad (I think that it needed for god offering) were need for the baby shower and it took the quite long to make it. after making the Prasad the young girls called the beauticians to make them look good and the elder women got it done to they had applied facial mask on and also getting their nails pedicure and sorting their hair out to. Time went like this and it was time for the function mrinanali was dressed so beautifully.

Soon women started to come and the baby shower ritual started mrinanali put her pallu on her lap first both of the dadi came up and in turn they put tikka on her forehead and place gift on her pallu which was on her lap and feed her the sweets the women had prepared in the morning which was cooked in pure desi ghee they then whispered something in her ear giving blessing to mrinanli and the unborn baby and soon vashali gayatri and padma came up they done the same thing and bless her and her parent came to the elder men from the family came up and also bless up and also her parents came then radhika, riddzi, nikki, nupur and other girls came up and they gave her gift and feed her some sweets. (Sorry if I missed anything out but I only put what I know) luckily mrinanali had got her feet massaged before the ceremony as people were coming to mrinanli and wishing her some of the elders were chatting with each other. Dev went up to mrinanali.

Dev: bhabhi hope u r enjoying.

Mrinanali: yes devar ji I am but do something fun na like when is the dance and singing gone happen.

Dev: if that is the case then I will just get it started and im sure u will love it.

Armaan: went up to the stage they had organised.
