A trap 4 Hawks??

Guys could it be someone is trying to trap the Hawks?? Someone directing the attention to the Hawks so that the Hawks are minitored and they can do as they please...I mean in the safety vault only a paper was found with the Hawks motto on it and the word 24 7. I mean anyone could have put the Hawks motto on it to direct attention to them right. The aim could probably be to Dissolve the team by creating misunderstanding among team members so that they can't carry on their war against terrorism. What say???
