ahh bring it on! the more complicated the situation the more good it will be for the story! I like tangles a lot cz it makes a show interesting and will lure more TRP aunties which is the most IMP thing as far as I am concerned!

They are NOT filling the parting!! Its the dot on the forehead!!!😲

I went after Marwari wedding customs!! And got this!! 😲 So she IS MARRIED!! 😲

Wii check it out when I get back ... am out now. But if this about Rajput society, it might be different ... they are not the same as Marwaris. Marwaris are the trader class, while Rajputs are the warrior-king class. And both classes have their own customs, don't know how far they overlap.

I'll do one better ... I have a friend who is Rajput, she's actually from a royal family. Will ask her the traditions 😉

I have no idea but it doesnt seem like high level hindi, more like some colloquial term.. If some native hindi speakers or Rajasthanis are around plz help.. My hindi is pure textbook stuff..😆

Exacty as long as the discussion is meaningful and criticism, if any, meaningful.. And right now there is wide scope to dream as we have somrthing to base it on but not much to restrict it..

Machaand must be a Rajasthani word as ashish himself is from rajasthan.

🤣 OMG, perish the thought...our dreamer Paro turning into the Iron Lady!!! I agree with you I want Paro to be strong but I want to see the strength come through her experiences and it should be a deep strength.When it comes to the Paro Rudra equation I'm loving the Shiv-Parvati example that you and others have given and I think that would actually be something different to see on Indian tv. A a situation where the male and female are equals and balance each other out and are such an integral part of each other that in essence they become one...that to me would convey more passion than manhandling would.
I'm loving the ambience of the thread and hope we will carry it forward into the forum and that Ashish and Sanaya will also have a similar camaraderie.
Thank you to all the posters again for making the threads enjoyable for us stalkers...when we can keep up that is😆

@ bold- Male and female being equals is as such a tough thing to achieve on TV but in RR itsgoing to be even more difficult, as showviewer said its a feudal female oppressive society its based in.. So strength if any will be in not breaking but bending where it requires.. I have no hopes whatsoever of gender equality here..

@ red- That would be just perfect..
