Gotta admit that you win the argument this time, Sunara. I gave you couple examples of shows doing well despite not-so- famous actors but then like you pointed out, there are shows doing extremely well with two famous actors.

But one last thing, if Gul Khan has this thing of completely transforming her male actors, then can we have EK and SI in a love story of two grown ups?

As for Sanaya there are few options like Eijaz Khan but I would like to dream of barun and her i know I know how about Karan Wahi

To be honest with you I too have a secret wish of "what if Barun and Sanaya happen to come together again?!" but I know it's not happening 99%. So I just make sure that the thought remains a secret wish and nothing more. Besides, I don't think there's no one else in the industry who can look as good as Barun did with Sanaya in IPK. Come to think of it IPK was Sanaya's first fully-fledged love story. We are yet to see her in another one with a talented actor to decide...

AND oh YES! Karan Wahi is my favorite too! I was sooo happy with Gautam Hedge suggested on Twitter that SI and KW should be casted together. Trust me they'll look epic. If we are having another love story of two young people, then yes SI and KW all the way!

Eijaz Khan, he is a good looking and talented actor. Only seen him in Kavyaanjali. I wish to see these two in a love story, I think they would make a hot pair and have superb chemistry.

Well quite possible that she can pull that off!
Here is the thing IF Gul picks him opposite Sanaya on her own I will not say a word against it! Cz no1 has a 100% perfect casting track record like Gul! So if her eyes see the same thing I will have absolutely no complaints.

I know I am repeating myself, sorry...BUT for now I would prefer another name that carries the same weight as hers so that audience pulling responsibility would be split b/w the 2 evenly.

And hehe i don't care if its mature love story or volatile young love story I just want a rocking coupling in a love story! BAS! 😆

And unlike most of u i am not bothered abt strong characters too cz I love Khushi, every single flow of hers was endearing to me. So well.. I am perfectly ok with a bubbly ditzy character again with a brooding guy. In fact I'll relish it!

Many here say its cliche, but the success rate? Very high right? Entertainment value is also very high.
Take M&Bs for about a century these books r written. Every book is basically same. BUT till now its rating the highest in romances, that is the quintessential example we give usually. cz despite every story being abt the girl suffering and guy initial hurting her and then her taming him n they falling passionately in love and finally living happily ever after, people still read them. cz every journey is different, every journey with 2 new characters is unique.
So honestly I would love to see her in another of the same...a different journey in the same genre...

I want Sanaya to play a Modern grey shades character maybe a concept of a spoiled Rich girl and the boy changes her. KW & SI would be a good suit for the roles.

Interesting, he sure looks good. Not at all like he's 40. They would make a nice pair.. Ultimately the results will depend on the story n execution, but interesting suggestion nevertheless.

The only downside would be that once someone gets established in the public's mind doing on 'older' character to revert it will be very difficult..
