And why was she being asked so many questions related to Sanaya and her chemistry with her previous costar...i thought Sanaya was the only one accused of not moving on from her previous show and costar when the whole world had moved on. Wasn't Sanaya accused of using her previous show and costar for publicity of Chanchan. So now should we assume the reverse is happening ?

And when Anuj said almost the same thing about recreating chemistry as has been said in this interview wasn't he mocked/bashed badly. Would the same treatment be accorded now or is it only reserved for Sanaya's costar.

PS: I have absolutely nothing against the lady in question and wish her all the best. My only issue is with the double standards.

Well said, capri ... agree to your every word. I don't see any similarity either ... to me, Sanaya has that extra something ... an X factor .. this girl is just another sweet looking girl.

As for the double standards, they are so blatantly obvious ... all those who bashed Anuj and Sanaya for daring to try to 're-create' the chemistry have conveniently crawled into the woodwork now ... the special treatment is only reserved for Sanaya's co-stars, it seems. Now wonder they say women are a woman's worst enemy ...

Have nothing against this girl ... I hope she does manage to re-create the chemistry ... maybe then Sanaya can get on with her own career in peace.

For some reason, some people think feigning ignorance makes them feel superior. But they don't realize their ignorance makes them look stupid. I mean, unless this person has been living under a rock this past century, she should know Sanaya. Even we, non-Indians, outside of India know about Sanaya!!!!! Guess it's their inferiority complex!

I appreciate her niceness but I seriously do not find her anywhere close to Sanaya in terms of similar looks. Despite her Ukranian half, she's very typical "South Asian" in her looks. I mean I would never have difficulty identifying her as South Asian. Sanaya on the other hand has this very extraordinary Persian looks. I've always said that had it not been for Sanaya's Indian accent, she could easily pass as Middle Eastern. Actually Sanaya would look way more Ukranian to me than this girl.

Guinea, the reaction to the article has mostly been what you wrote...the blatant hypocrisy and double standards is so apparent time and again. Like Diya said what is worse it is well educated women/ young ladies doing it to each other. Nothing ever changes.

Me too wishing the actress good luck and hope she does well, and if it means Sanaya and her co-actors will be harassed less, even better.
