OH! Haha! Get it now! The song - asking why Radha (who is she?) should be jealous (of whom??) So, Manav is trying to say this to Chhan Chhan. But I hope Chhan Chhan does not compromise this time. Manav needs to realize his insensitivity. But wouldn't this be ridiculing her in front of everyone? Especially Rupali??

And show her insecurities??
