I am part of the International audience. I watch online as well on the Sony Channel, that I have subscribed only because of Sanaya.
Yeah, it's unfortunate that this viewership is discounted.
Second CC has never appealed by its First Episode Sanaya audience want to see her in a hot passionate love story not the candy floss role as CC it was put togather in haste...
It would be great to see Sanaya in a love story. But I respect her right to choose what she wants to do with her life. I am enjoying this 'candy floss role' as CC which seems to have been put together with a lot of thought. Have you watched it since the beginning? I could predict and be correct in my predictions of her previous show. Not so in this one. I am loving this show! It is battle of ethics, intelligence, logic and emotions. A good recipe for successful show, as far as I am concerned. But yeah, probably different from the normal run of the mill, 24/7 crying forgive me for breathing type of heroines that the TRP audience have so far been used to. Change is difficult to take. But stagnation brings death. It will be awhile until the TRP audience will accept such a show, if at all. It is a different mind set. This is unfortunate since the TRP audience is a targeted group of certain kind that enjoys certain types of shows.
Closure was not done properly from her ex show ( Very big factor) we were left wanting a proper ending...
Agreed! The CVs couldn't handle it. They could have done a fantastic closure in spite of the co-actor not being there. However, they made a Titanic mess of it. But I guess, the captain abandoned the sinking ship first!
If today I was to choose between re run of old show and CC I would choose Re run any time ( I asked about 20 people and all said the same)
Re-runs a like flat pop.I would watch CC over re-runs any day. And just to prove it, I did a survey of this question, and the results were pretty close reruns 44% CC 47% Don't care 6% Unsure 3%
I adore Sanaya and wish her the best but I give this show at the most 3-4 months It can not last more then it.You have to accept it and move on...
Can't judge for others. But I would like to see the battle of wills and intelligence being fought for a long time.
Hopefully Sanaya plays her cards right gets into JDJ and chooses wisely accepting the fact that people want to see her in a hot love story and she looks at cast and crew before signing.
Whatever Sanaya decides to do, I will respect her right to choose the way she wants to live her life. And if that means doing a show that is not a love story, then so be it. Whenever someone decides to do something, it is the right decision for them at that time. No-one else has the right to tell them what to do. It's their life! And it's not as if Sanaya is forcing anyone to watch anything they don't want to!
As for Sanaya she herself has not moved on from her ex show and hero none of us have in our hearts that is the bitter truth no offense to Anuj who is doing a fantastic job and looks very sweet with her .
How come you are assuming what Sanaya feels? Just because she says something regarding her previous colleague with whom she is friends? Did she tell you she has not moved on from her previous show and co-actor?
It really boggles my mind how people make judgements about others based on a few lines from an interview!
I talk about my ex-boyfriend a lot. I have no feelings left for him. But just because I talk about him, does not mean I'm hung up on him!! Sanaya was with her previous co-actor day in day out for TWO years!! OF Course, she's gonna talk about him! Moreover, he's a friend! Nothing sinister about it. Just a fact of life! Stop looking for things that are not there!!
Fans are hoping and praying that 4 lions or a PH come up with a hot show with Sanaya and I want at least 2 hot heroes with her next time and Gautum gets to write it and very hot happening director gets to say action.
A lot of fans want a lot of things from Sanaya.

It is a bit unrealistic to expect Sanaya to be doing the same type of shows forever. An actor needs growth to become successful, for their talents to enhance and to be self satisfied. (Just like we do. Imagine being in the fifth grade forever, with the same teacher!!!)
Her new show needs to pre plan at least 6 months in advance and get every one abroad tested
and then launch it.
I am loving her new show. It has changed since it's inception. The male lead knows how to act and there is a chemistry between the actors. There is also an excitement between the others in the show. Is it CC you are talking about. Or some other show??
As well story is always the real hero.No big actor or actress can get TRPS.
I agree to a certain extent. I know there are a lot of factors to take into account. It is like curry. If one ingredient is missing, the curry does not taste good. It is the same way in a show. It's not only the story or the actor. It is the launching, the execution, the dynamics... a lot of things go into making a success of the show.
CC is a really great story. It is the story of ideologies. A clash of ideologies. The world wars were fought because of a clash in ideologies. The wars today are due to the clash between ideologies. So yeah, it's not just the story, there is a lot to take into account...
