I guess u didn't see the segment properly it was Anuj who was speaking about Mohit not Sanaya, she simply praised that he has become sophisticated.

But it's weird na that According to Anuj Sanaya speaks 24*7 about Barun. 😃

Anyways it's really nice to see that Sanaya admires n adores Barun soo much and says he is really very strong and loved the way she pounced upon Reporter when she said Barun name wrong.
