I'm shocked...just don't get it. It's such a shame that people aren't giving the show a chance because the story has improved in leaps and bounds. I hope the channel and the PH can figure this out because the cast deserves much better.

This is really bad. Its the lowest rated show on SONY because Khoobsurat has now finished. I don't understand why. The show has improved so much. I feel they need to change the time slot, maybe that might help.
