Maybe she shud show it to dadaji and ask for help but first make him promise her that not to reveal anything to umabem or angry at umaben and help cc change umaben and stop taking dowries from others and make her realize that taking dowries and helping others taking dowries is not good. I think cc shud tell dadaji only he can help her . He is the strongest candidate . Manav is weak towars her and his mom . He will be Ashmed and devastated and disappointed that he didn't believe his chanchan and he had full faith on his mom he puts her before their god . So she has to play it very thoughtfully .

It is going a bit too fast, isn't it? Or does the real story start only after this? I don't understand Thakkar's motivation to get his daughter married to Manav. if Uma can hoodwink her family, and Chhanchhan's family, she can just as easily cheat him. And Sonali is OK with breaking Manav's marriage, but she suddenly decided that she won't have him if there's a doosri ladki in her "prem Kahani"? Wish someone points out to her that if Manav does get divorced and married to her, SHE would be the doosri ladki. But the million dollar question of the day is, what will Chhanchhan do with the evidence she has? Because it is solid, and inarguable. There is nothing that Uma can do to get out of it. Just like the previous time, if Manav had told his dad that Uma had been pretending to be on her deathbed , when CC stopped him. (Why do they always do that in Indian soaps?)
P.S. I thought Mukut was an unfeeling insensitive husband who takes his wife for granted. Turns out he could be potentially cheating on her. Bade sanskaari bacche hain Uma ke! Waah.

Haha! You asked all the questions that have been plaguing me!

Unless they give a solid backstory to Thakkar/Sonali that explains why Sonali was OK with getting married to an already married man much in love with his wife, this will be a weak link. But again, even their characterization of UB falls so short. I can understand an egoistic lady priding herself on sanskar and such but affectionate towards her family. This whole break up my sons married life so I can prove my point is so passe!

In real life, CC would have thought many times about getting married into that family. In real life, she would tell Manav the truth about his moms duplicity. But sadly this ain't real life na? :)

recording UB's convo is really a good idea.. now she has a proof in her hand...
but without hurting anyone... i really don't have..
may be she will blackmail UB... but that won't work out coz UB will find another way..

omg have to wait 3 long days...

Yes , it is going a bit fast... but then I think that the real story starts now.. UB/CC face-off...Sonali is beyond my understanding even now...yes , she would be the rranged other woman in Chanchan's marriage!

Lets hope that the evidence does not get lost! As for Mukut , at the moment I reserve judgement ... but it does look as if he is cheating too ...

That's where the crunch is... if you remember , he had run away from home during his marriage...and Uma brought him back and got him married to Kaumudi ( was mentioned in one of the other episodes)... so her actions have actually created this issue... I think the more and more UB sees the consequences of her actions ( her eyes will possibly be opened by CC) , she will realize her follies...
Let's see !!

Bang on Prabha !! Agree with you 100% on all of the above. Since this is soap ki duniya -- we need to sacrifice the logic boatwa for some time!

And the roller coaster continues !

Chanchan back at her maayka. Very normal conversation with daadi..is everything alright..i guess the question all newly married women face when they drop in to their maayka unannounced with a suitcase and sans hubby 😆

That was really quick and good sleuthing work by Simple...i wonder though how she did it.
Manav again witnessing the conversation between Mukut- Kaumudi and wondering for which 'client' the flowers were.
Aww..Chch and Manav missing each other and as expected Manav lands at the Sarabhai house. But again some clever work by Simple and the poor guy is not able to have a single word with his wife. On top of that he is quickly whisked away with the whole family except Chch. He really does not know what has hit him 😆
Chch again doing her nautanki at the beauty parlor...she succeeds in her plan and a worried Sonali quickly calls up her father. Actually today for the first time I felt, Thakkar behaved a little more like a father than a broker trying to fix his daughter's marriage. On the other hand UB is totally blinded by her hatred and vindictiveness for Chch to realize that her actions could destroy everyone's happiness most of all her son and family.

I honestly don't think there is any further backstory to Sonali and Thakkar and also have a feeling Sonali is going to be the dark horse here. She is looking too unconvinced with the turn of events.

Really felt bad for Chch..how heart breaking and devastating to hear all that from her MIL. Sanaya nailed the emotions in that scene.

So the predicament continues for Chch..how to counter UB and yet prevent the family from disintegrating.

Very interesting precap...the CVs are not giving away anything.Looks like she is not going to tell Manav abt this yet. Other than that i am not wagering a guess here.

On another note..i really didn't like the curls in the parlor scene. She looked much better before. And whats with the rainbow embroidery and dupattas making an appearance...wasn't her last show enough for that...her suits were much better earlier.

Thanks Capri.. loved the fact that hubby and wife are missing each other... Poor manav... I think both of them nailed their expressions!

I think embroidered dupattas are in fashion😳... or she has the same stylist!

Guess the curls are temporary... I too didn't like them ... they made her look older!

Thank you for posting Today's Take @Newbiesoapfan.

What a fast paced episode...from hatching a plan, to executing it and getting concrete evidence all done in one episode...hope the pace is in anticipation of TRPs next week. Quite a thrilling episode which felt more like a detective/ crime show, yet the creatives glossed over the whole investigation part 😆 Simple was pretty efficient and fast in getting the whereabouts of Sonali and Chhanchhan very astutely figured out that the three offenders will meet at the temple...or she followed Sonali...they left it on us to figure out these minor details.

Yet, quite an engrossing episode...Chhanchhan now finally sees the true colors of UB and what a truth to confront...heartbreaking...it seemed till that point Chhanchhan was almost hoping to be proven wrong. Sanaya's expressions and body language were spot on.

Another heartbreaking scene today was Kaumudi' s ...that woman deserves better and now Manav too has seen the rift...I really liked the Manav-Kaumudi scene, well enacted and poignant.

Dadaji misses Chhanchhan already and is concerned...will Chhanchhan enlist his help to save her marriage and family?

Again ChanMan scenes were good, especially enjoy their non-verbal communication...both the actors emote so well. Manav totally at a loss as to what triggered this mess.

The more the show is progressing the more I am wondering, does Sonali and her father really have a backstory or it is as simple as they just wanted Sonali to be a Borisagar bahu. I hope we are not overthinking this...will they recruit a new actor just for few episodes...I read an interview of Tapeshwari where she said she has an interesting role to play in Chhanchhan...so hoping for more...

Similarly are we overthinking Manav's reaction to truth, what if Chhanchhan extracts a promise from him that he will not leave the house and family before she reveals any truth. Then they join forces to straighten out the Borisagar household problems along with which UB also learns her lesson...this is just a thought...hope the creatives do something more interesting.

Again kudos to the team for keeping us on the edge. The real battle lines are now drawn...let the games begin.
