Manav got caught eavesdropping while his brothers were discussing about their distress over the little yoga session they have hand in the morning. Uma Ben also joined them. His brothers were furious over him and told him at as he has been marriage for just few days that's why he was treating his brothers like that. Let the time pass, when his wife will stay aloof then he will understand said his elder brother.
Uma Ben added fuel on that thought telling manav that every girl after marriage has additional responsibility so they tend to overlook their husband against her other priorities. But Manav cut her off by saying she wont do that as she is different and as special as his mother.

chhanchhan came to visit her parents and everyone was excited to meet her. But ChhanChhan was not in herself while everyone was gushing over what they will order for her to eat.
Everyone started pulling chhanchhan's leg in the name of her inlaws over the dinning table. Everybody was enjoying except chhanchhan. Sensing that her dad asked her what was the matter. She narrated her whole conversation with her new friend that how everyone in her family accepted her friend's boyfriend but now chhanchhan got to know that his mother has fixed her son's marriage with some other girl. Chhanchhan was seeking for everyone's advice when her dadi told her to tell her friend about it instead of her mother.
Chhanchhan was scared that if her friend doesnot believe her then she might misunderstand chhanchhan, which she never wanted. But her dadi said to tell her friend everything whatever the consequence, her friend will handle.
Chhanchhan's father asked her whether her friend is a guy or not. Chhanchhan tensed up thinking what if her family members find out the friend she was referring to was her husband manav.
Chhanchhan cleverly dogged her father's scrutiny by telling them that the she had made friendship with this girl recently that's why no one knew about her in chhanchhan's family. Then everyone resumed eating. But chhanchhan dad was not convinced with the piece of information whereas others did.

In Bori Sagar house Uma Ben along with her three daughter-in-law was serving food to dadaji during lunch time. When dadaji fussed over 10 mins delay in giving his food. Uma ben tired to toss the full blame on chhanchhan but dadaji refused to believe that the delay was for chhanchhan.
Dadaji told that he hated englsih men in general except their routin. Ranjana and sanjana both agreed with dadaji when asked. And dadaji handed over a book on punctuality both of them and asked them to read. He also told uma behen to read the book.
Everyone were engrossed in that book when chhanchhan arriaved from her parents house. Looking at them she asked what was the matter. Chhanchhan agreed to help them out by translating the whole thing in Hindi so that it was easier for them to understand. Finally she made them understand the whole thing.
All the three bahus came out with flying colours in front of dadaji's verbal examination except Uma Ben, who could only fumble over and over again.
Dadaji pushed Uma Ben by telling her to write "mein saza dena mein nahi bhulta" 20 times. But later he forgave her and gave her an ultimatum.

Finding right opertunity chhanchhan spoked to uma ben regarding the kangan. She told her she wants to gift her friend a same kangan when uma ben had given her on her wedding. She asked for the kangan's picture. Uma ben cleverly dogged the topic by saying that the kangan was yet to be made, which chhanchhan found a little weird.
**
At night when she was alone with manav she asked manav whether she consider her his best-friend first or his wife. After hearing that he considers her as his best friend first, she spoke her heart out.
Manav was angry hearing that chhanchhan was accusing his mother by telling that she was going to fix manav's marriage with someone else. She narrated the whole thing whatever had happened between her and sonali.
Manav refused to believe chhanchhan's accusation on his mother. And chhanchhan felt guilty about the whole thing. And she insisted him to find out more about the whole thing. She also said she wishes it was false.

In the morning they met sonali in the park where chhanchhan introduced sonali with manav. When Manav held out his hand to shake with sonali, chhanchhan eyed her bangles and immediately gestured manav to see.
Chhanchhan tried to dig out information from her in front of manav. But sonali gave all different information which did not match with what she told chhanchhan during their first meeting. When chahnchhan asked her fianc's name she said it was manav nageir living a perplexed chhanchhan.
