But CC is a good show... I started to watch it for Sanaya & I am liking it... Good to see sanaya in good costumes & as a confident modern girl... Sanuj pair is also good. I dont know why some people have problem with the show... Sanaya is very careful in choosing her projects... She always prefered to sign shows that are different from each other... She knows what she is doing. We fans cannot ask her to choose the projects as per their wish... We cannot force our aspirations upon her... By the way it is a nice post on that aspect... If they dont like the show, they should watch the show that they like rather asking for CC to go off-air...

I am wondering how you know that people who have criticized the show have zero interest in the show? If a silent reader of the forum wants to critique, you want to call it "forced/ negative criticism". Why? Does critiquing become a right of only the regulars?

To me personally Sanaya has been the sole USP of any Indian television show. And I don't think she was given that ideal opportunity to prove herself in any of her shows so why should I pinpoint CC? At least CC has given her a good wardrobe and a much more sensible character.

I don't understand why you have ruled out Sanaya's previous shows just like that.

IN MJHT she portrayed the role of a young college girl who is a extremely quiet and sensitive girl who has to deal with one sided love for the longest time. Playing a character who she doesn't identify with is quiet challenging.

In IPKKND she portrayed the role of young woman who is childish, loud, crazy at times who has to deal with an extremely difficult relationship with a man who is extremely complex. Again she played a character who she didn't identify with.

In Chan Chan she is portraying the role of a girl who Sanaya herself says is a lot like herself. A sensible character does not necessarily mean it is challenging for the actor and it is anyone's guess what an actor would choose -- a sensible role or a challenging role. Also, just a good wardrobe is probably the last in the list of options a good actor is looking for.

IPKKND was not an epic show by my standards at all but it still had so many viewers.

Isn't this a an oxy moron? Can a show garner so many viewers by being less than epic? Have you every had an opportunity to see UK interviews of Sanaya in April 2012 and the recent SPL event in November 2012.

When I first came to IPK forum I used to be so disappointed that my post would be pushed to the fourth or fifth page because there were so many posts being made in one single minute by tons of people. (On CC forum you have made a post early in the morning and it is still on the first page at mid day.)

We had tons of analyses on one single episode of IPK and these post also ranged from being extremely articulate, intellectual, to humourous, sardonic, obnoxious, etc. etc.

You are right. No one was a blind follower. They followed IPK because it was worth following because of performances, the story, the direction and the chemistry.

So can we please leave those who are sincerely following CC to enjoy the show in peace?

From when has a forum become partial only to those who will only say good things about the show? Does CC forum only welcome an "Yes man" who will agree to everything being posted and not criticize where needed. A few criticisms here and there should not bother the sincere followers or disturb their peace. Those who criticize CC are obviously not insane either.

Epic or not epic, a show will be criticized for its flaws. A viewer has every right to express her/him self. Criticism is not always meant to spite. It is also done with an intention to pass a message to the creatives to improvise on their scripts.

I am not denying that she got to play different characters in her 3 shows... so where's the contradiction? Well no it wouldn't appear as an oxy moron if you knew the difference between popular fiction and classical literature. One of my professors aptly describes popular fiction as airplane readers cuz they are the best form of entertainment when you're on a long flight. Harry Potter and all those Vampire series are good examples of popular fiction but what are their chances of making it to a literary canon? Almost zero. Yes fans will talk about them enthusiastically on different platforms, but genuine literary critics will never find them worthy of their time. If anything at all, CC has just failed to be a popular show at the moment. This doesn't mean that it has no substance or is so much lower in terms of quality compared to Sanaya's previous show. And what do I care about my post being on the first or last page of a Forum as long as I can be in a sane forum...

Finally, we tend to use the terms "critique" and "criticism" interchangeably but they have a subtle difference. Try to google it. I have been in this forum for a long time and I can say with great confidence that the members here have never hesitated to critique the show when the need arises. All I said was that if a member's sole purpose is to criticize, then I am not interested in his/her opinion.

For a starter, here are some points of difference between critique and criticism:

• Criticism finds fault/Critique looks at structure
• Criticism condemns what it doesn't understand/Critique asks for clarification
• Criticism is spoken with a cruel wit and sarcastic tongue/Critique's voice is kind, honest, and objective
• Criticism is negative/Critique is positive (even about what isn't working)

Some fans opinions are not Criticism at all they're acting like parents to an actress who's almost in her 30's. Look at all the hate tweets Anuj is getting for just touching Sanaya and you see what I mean.

Criticism like
She should move on to better and better things
Sanaya should quit CC
She should not have chosen CC
CC should go off air
I wish Sanaya was Zoya in Qubool Hai
Sanaya should have taken Jaan instead
Sanaya is being forced to do all these romantic scenes
Sanaya is being forced to do SBS segments with Anuj
Sanaya looks annoyed and irritated with Anuj

^^What kind of Criticism are these really? I have enough of these eye reading and overprotectness over actors most of these were similar turns of event during her previous show where people are asking her to quit and all other nonsense she came out and made it clear I will stay there till the end the same case with this show at the end of the day it's her Job she's earning a living out of it let her be! and let the people who actually like the show watch it in peace please! Yes I'm liking the show it's not dragging and and over dramatic like other Indian shows out there it's pretty decent IMO. I want it to stay on air for awhile as I'm loving it.

It's obviously not criticism but senseless bashing and speculations. And I don't understand the motive behind it. If it is to shut down CC so that Sanaya can appear in a certain imagined show, then they are being so unrealistic.

Yes some people do have problems with being touched by the opposite sex but this is Sanaya from what I seen of her she get along with guys more than girls as friends some people are just like that even I have more guy friends in school than girls they're great fun. Even Sanaya use to get bashed for that how she's flirting with the guys and all other crap I'm glad she isn't on any social networking site to face such fans she's a wise woman and made a good decision.

to be really honest I simply can't understand why people don't like this show...the story line is simple yet beautiful...I love the show..FK forced acting really made the show a bit pathetic at the beginning but then I do admit he improved so since anuj arrival everything is perfect...the chemistry n all

Sonya I myself dont watch Chhan Chhan due to the Saas Bahu scenes. Otherwise its a good going show in comparison to the previous one.
