IF is a great fun place to be if you are constructively occupied ie by being a fan of an actor who is doing a running show or being fans of a show ...you can discuss episodes , characters , clothes , diss stupid scenes , dislike a story line etc .

For how long can you just be in the forum in various chat clubs bashing / mocking an actor and her show ...and mocking a show produced by the PH ( with whom their are some serious grudges ...and incidently the show is a trp topper ) ...dissing the male lead etc. its like a cesspool of negativety and with time its getting worse rather than better.

This must be the first time in IF , that more than the actual active participants in CC forum , you have a huge bunch of ppl with different fan affiliations who watch the forum to jump in with their negativety in the name of " constructive criticism " . We are told as a forum we take no criticism and think CC is the best show ever ...what nonsense , we all know their are probelms with the show ...that is why it has yet to find a connect with the trp audience ...and their are rumours abt it being under scanner.

Regarding constructive criticism , well all the posts specially the ones in the last 3 days offering their valuable opinions and divine insight are open and all the participants are having a field day.

Tomorrow if CC shuts down , I sincerely hope I will spend some time on a thread abt sanaya's future projects , reading my favourite fiction etc and will not be spending time in a forum whose show I donot like and definately not in a chatclub where 24/7 I will be bashing and mocking an actor because in some warped way , it gives me some gratification.

I was initially unimpressed with CC. but once Anuj came in even the CVs seem to have tightened the script. The main conflict is taking shape already.

Is CC a show that i would fall in love with and dissect & analyze a zillion times? NO

is CC a show that I would watch from time to time for decent entertainment? Yes

I personally feel that the show is much better now and thankfully it offers me an alternative to watching some of the other shows at 9 that my mother loves and insist that we watch.

However having said that, if others dont feel the same way as I do, its fine. Sanaya is a well known actress and she is likely to invite appreciation and criticism. All opinions whether they have been expressed genuinely or intentionally, in my opinion should be welcome.

I'm sure when the right time arrives, even the staunchest of critics in the forum would surely welcome our different views on something they like and follow. After all it is in the spirit of constructive criticism, right?

So its unfair to dictate what others should or shouldn't say.

To me personally Sanaya has been the sole USP of any Indian television show. And I don't think she was given that ideal opportunity to prove herself in any of her shows so why should I pinpoint CC? At least CC has given her a good wardrobe and a much more sensible character.

I don't understand why you have ruled out Sanaya's previous shows just like that.

IN MJHT she portrayed the role of a young college girl who is a extremely quiet and sensitive girl who has to deal with one sided love for the longest time. Playing a character who she doesn't identify with is quiet challenging.

In IPKKND she portrayed the role of young woman who is childish, loud, crazy at times who has to deal with an extremely difficult relationship with a man who is extremely complex. Again she played a character who she didn't identify with.

In Chan Chan she is portraying the role of a girl who Sanaya herself says is a lot like herself. A sensible character does not necessarily mean it is challenging for the actor and it is anyone's guess what an actor would choose -- a sensible role or a challenging role. Also, just a good wardrobe is probably the last in the list of options a good actor is looking for.

IPKKND was not an epic show by my standards at all but it still had so many viewers.

Isn't this a an oxy moron? Can a show garner so many viewers by being less than epic? Have you every had an opportunity to see UK interviews of Sanaya in April 2012 and the recent SPL event in November 2012.

When I first came to IPK forum I used to be so disappointed that my post would be pushed to the fourth or fifth page because there were so many posts being made in one single minute by tons of people. (On CC forum you have made a post early in the morning and it is still on the first page at mid day.)

We had tons of analyses on one single episode of IPK and these post also ranged from being extremely articulate, intellectual, to humourous, sardonic, obnoxious, etc. etc.

You are right. No one was a blind follower. They followed IPK because it was worth following because of performances, the story, the direction and the chemistry.

So can we please leave those who are sincerely following CC to enjoy the show in peace?

From when has a forum become partial only to those who will only say good things about the show? Does CC forum only welcome an "Yes man" who will agree to everything being posted and not criticize where needed. A few criticisms here and there should not bother the sincere followers or disturb their peace. Those who criticize CC are obviously not insane either.

Epic or not epic, a show will be criticized for its flaws. A viewer has every right to express her/him self. Criticism is not always meant to spite. It is also done with an intention to pass a message to the creatives to improvise on their scripts.

Well said dr👏 But one thing that bothers me about the criticism of CC is that few viewers want the show to go off-air as they dont feel it is good. As u said criticism is to improvise the scripts... Be it positive or negative that should be welcomed... Though being a good show, CC suffers becoz of high expectations from the viewers... The negativity happens becoz of that only...

Just want to ask you TM how do you know people who are criticising the show are not watching it ????? I watch it as there as nothing else to do and its the best entertainment for me in whatever sense...
I am a trp audience and i have full right to discuss as i choose , the same way as many on this forum only discuss about buzz and nighties and not about actual episode or acting.
And please mods have req not to bring in her prev shows or any otjer shows in discussion so keep that in mind.

do you really think they will???? No never.

I think no one here said CC is the best show. because we know there are so many flaws in the show but I never felt boring.. even during earlier days many true fans felt bored and few left..few thought to leave but I was a person who watched happily from the start.

after Sanaya's prev show i missed her and wanted to see her back on screen.. i had ZERO expectation about the show...so i was happy from the start. Sanaya is enough for me to watch entire show till END..

But After ML replacement... the ChanMan jodi is really rocking..loving their chemistry and I enjoyed CC as bahu with her pallu and all.. she never complained but tried to adjust.

people are saying cc is modern bahu but she is adjusting and accepting everything.

if something doesn't harm us or anyone then why can't we do that if elders want us to do???

she didn't do any sin..just adjusted with his family.

there isn't any rule that modern bahu shouldn't listen to elders or saas.

about too much negativity.. I can understand if a true follower or viewer comes and shares their disappointement... but most of the members who come here to share negative are the people who keeps mocking Sanaya, chanchan show and CC forum everywhere specially in their chatclubs.

i even read a comment yesterday on a negative post..

one person has said "it is good to see this post which talks about the show instead of talking and drooling about CC, her night dress..etc etc"

i think they have forgot what they did during prev show... many people kept drooling and talking about such things..but now acts like we are immature and they are mature...

and I have never seen any single positive comment from many people who gives negative comments.. I accept CC isn't a good show but isn't there any single good thing????

if you don't have a heart to say one good thing then how can you expect us to accept your negative comments???

last week end I saw few negative comments from true Sanz fans/well wishers..

i have no issue if such people share... coz they praised Sanz and show when they find it good... but many others just comes to give negative comments and if we disagree they say they have rights to talk bla bla...

There are so many shows if you don't like then why are you wasting your time talking about this show all the time..

It is your wish to do what ever but.. I do what i like and what makes me happy... wish everyone do the same so that there will be no fight or hurts to anyone...

If you would have been an audience of the show then rather than just commenting on the criticism posts you would have also appreciated the positive things in a show on other posts .and we dont do episode discussions? 😲 we dont discuss acting and expressions?...if you bother to watch the show and come in cc forum to criticize the show than please bother to look around there are tons of posts on ep discussion instead of just looking at the nighties😕
its our forum and we discuss everything from ep to acting,from dressup to colours,from sets to ackground music...forum doesn't mean to just discuss episodes
and tell me one thing why people are having problem with the posts of nighties?
if we love something cant we share it to the members how much we loved it?
how much sanaya looked beautiful in it?
how much it complimented her skin?
why cant we?
