GUILT TRIP!

Firstly Daadi I so wish your dream comes true...That Chhanchhan's Saas gets trained..oops sorry sorry gets HER doggie trained!😛

This means Diya hopefully there is going to be a flurry ball in the B Fortress somewhere in the future!

CC seems to be on a heavy GUILT TRIP rather than her HM TRIP...and it's the oldest formula used from the Books of MIL Tyranny!...and the more CC sunk into it.. the easier it was for her to fall further...the guilt reasons ... were gathering up from Ranjana leaving, to Sanjana's injuring herself to MIL left alone to take care of the house.

UB's plan was perfect today and now with Manav upset with CC ...it gave UB the greatest satisfaction of believing she has won this round ...

The Naughty Boys trip to the Lingerie stores was awesome ..was it same store Manav had once been to collect his allergy meds? ...me thinks it's the same ...only the wares have changed from Pet Ware to Intimate Wear!😉

One more thing now that the HR is called off, will UB allow Ranjana to take off to Limbdi? I hope she packs off R back into the house ... It's going to be fun to see what Ranjana thinks of all this ...that she was simply a pawn in this CC vs UB game!

Chhanchhan got to see a very angry side of Manav today ...and she also realizes that Manav wasn't ready to accept an explanation ...it just wasn't good enough for him ...Wow and he did mention Mansi ...(for a moment I was blank about who Mansi was!)

CC sat there shocked, confused, hurt, dejected ...on the brink of tears ...not sure what she did was right or wrong ...and quite alone ...her husband wasn't ready to listen ...he was mad as hell ...and hurt too ...for she had not even taken a look at the gift ...being too wrapped up in the Guilt Trip!😭

I hope CC does some introspection over the whole matter. There were some valid points that Manav made ... that it was no big deal ...R could have gone another day ...it's not like a family member was hospitalized

Wondering what did Manav mean when he said, "What do you know WHY I wanted to go on this trip?...Tum kuch bhi nahi jaanti"

Also earlier when CC asks Simple to cancel the trip, Manav turns her around and asks, "what happened what is the matter?"When CC says I will explain this but not in front of everyone, he turns to look at his mother.

Sanaya was brilliant in this scene ...CC's hurt, the confusion ...She nailed it in the last frame ...gosh her eyes can speak a thousand words! Felt terrible today for Chhanchhan!

And Anuj complimented her with his part ... Manav's anger, frustration was enacted perfectly.

A fantastic episode ...can't wait for tomorrow ...seriously Sony needs to make it 5-day a week ...it feels like Monday was only yesterday!🤔

I agree so many things that we dreamed of ASR doing for KSG is being fulfilled here and I am loving it to the core!😊

@red ... I caught that first part ... Manav saying "why I wanted to go for this trip .." and wondered at that ... what exactly did he mean? ...
But missed the look he threw at his mom .. need to re-watch that part ...

If it turns out that Manav is truly suspicious about his mom, that will be totally unique ... and quite fantastic ...

I forgot all that after the last scene ... Sanaya NAILED that perfectly ... her eyes ...ufff!!!

I don't understand why in all the shows the victim of misunderstanding(CC in this case) does not communicate completely to the party hurling the accusations & anger(Manav in this case).
Why does she not tell him the reason for Ranjanas maayka trip? Didn't she tell UB that matters should be discussed by all family members when UB told her not to involve men in ladies matter.
Then why didn't CC?

She is trying her best to tell him ... Manav is not listening! Partly because he's too excited to take off for the honeymoon, and partly because Umaben makes sure she doesn't get the opportunity. And when she does manage to tell him her reasons for not going, he's already so upset, he won't listen any further. Let's see ... I think she will manage to tell him completely today, or sooner rather than later .. and if Manav already suspects his mom has a hand in things, he might decide to involve his dad or Kaumudi bhabhi. I am waiting to see how things go ...

I think it's good that CC used her dil and not Dimaag, on dadi's advice. I have a feeling that some of the family (Manavs dad, Manik/Sanjana & Kaumudi) might feel bad that CC cancelled the HM for the sake for the family. Did you notice manik & Sanjana felt bad for ChanMan. Seeing chanman(esp, manav) upset and with Ranjana gone, they might turn around and give ChanMan a family planned HM. UB plan backfires again :). That way CC gets in good books of family and gets the HM too.

I know CC did the right thing ... just watching Umaben's gloating got me annoyed 😛

If CC had meekly gone on honeymoon with Manav, then this plan of UB's would have sunk ... but then UB would take the opportunity to moan for the three days to the entire family about how overburdened she was, and how wonderful, that she didn't cancel CCs honeymoon for her own selfish comfort ... making it very clear that CC had done exactly that. So Umaben would have won in the long run.

Now it will backfire ... because CC will be the noble one, sacrificing her HM for her MIL's comfort, and for Kaumudi's ... because Kaumudi is left with the burden more than Umaben ... So Manek, Babuji and Kaumudi ... and Sanjana, esp in the absence of Ranjana ... will all cross over to Team Chhanchhan. Babuji is already there, Manek will cross more firmly, especially if CC helps in looking after Tejas.

And I hope that after Ranjana returns, Babuji and all plan a proper HM trip for ChhanMan ... CV's, HINT, HINT!!!
Serve Ranjana right for falling in with her MIL's plans!

This week is UB's week ... next week, hope CC will fight back ... UB has found Chhanchhan's weak spot ... her love for family and her desire to do the right thing ... UB just has to engineer events to make it clear what the right thing to do, is ... for her, that is 😛

What will backfire for UB ... every time CC does the right thing, her stature in the eyes of the family, especially Babuji, grows more ... and slowly the other members of the family also start to see it ..

There was a movie Bawarchi ... Rajesh Khanna enters a dysfunctional divided family, and how he joins them all together ... another Hrishikesh Mukherjee gem

Sanaya was superb today!!! As always she nails the emotional scenes perfectly!

Diya one more thing...agree on the SBB/SBS segments revealing too much... the actual scenes do end up totally lukewarm in comparison...

But I do believe they are using the SBB/SBS segments as promotions considering they are watched by non-CC viewers...is it to lure the crowd?

I only wish they would show other cast members and Bhabhi scenes rather than the romantic ones...the problem is that the media is totally hooked on to the new CC-Manav Jodi in town!

It's quite a tricky situation for CC. She is trying to understand the ways of her new home and adapt them and at the same time she's trying to blend in and not to upset anyone. It's never easy for a girl. Manav on the other hand doesn't understand all the efforts and adjustments that a girl has to make, just like every other man. He wants the undivided attention of his wife, wants her to keep his family and wants his family to like her and accept her wholeheartedly.

But all this is never easy for the girl and he is unable to see how difficult all this for CC. UB somewhat succeeded in a creating a crack between Chanman. But CC is slowly winning over the family with her sensitivity and consideration for everyone and maybe the HM will happen, but this time it will be planned by the family and maybe UB herself will be forced to send them.

Agree completely, Fari ... and it's very realistic too ...a new bride always tries to blend in with the family at first ... she is the only outsider, and has to make her place in her new home. It's easy for Manav ... he has no dilemma ... he does not bother too much about the reactions of the family, for him, they are family, he is part of them and will always be. He is not making any adjustments to his lifestyle ... not yet.

But Chhanchhan is the newcomer, she is still trying to find her feet ... and Umaben and Ranjana are not helping by constantly pointing out how many rules have been broken for her. It's her innate goodness and her strong sense of family and what is right and wrong, that will eventually win over everyone in her new home. And will show Manav also, what his wife is made of ... and how as a husband, he has to understand her dilemmas and her compulsions, and support her as and when required.

I am really hoping that Manek, Kaumudi, Manav and maybe Babuji, end up planning a new honeymoon for ChhanMan, to make up for Chhanchhan missing hers and staying back for their sakes. That will be epic backfire for Umaben!
