My respect for her has actually increased a milliion fold.

Professionalism? Bite me!

FK got into this due to nepotism. Sanaya is not there to be a teaching board for him. But I guess she is so fantastic in her field that they thought he would learn a thing or two from her. It's unfortunate that he will become an actor at her expense. He is good looking (to some) in his model ads. But there is nothing else there.

And anyway, what's wrong with saying what one feels?

You say your respect for her has gone down by just watching a two minute video segment of SBS/SBB?

The media often show news that create sensationalism rather than what is real.

Sometimes the viewers are unaware of the actual question being asked.

Sometimes editing is done to make it look like the scene occurred in the exact sequence it was shown.

The voice over normally makes unnecessary insinuations that are targeted toward putting the said actor in a awkward position

With media hounding the actors incessantly you expect actors to give straightforward and diplomatic answers?

As fans we do not hesitate to make insulting posts to express our freedom of speech but Sanaya Irani is expected to be the epitome of diplomacy and etiquette. Why the double standard?

Sanaya had mentioned in a previous interview that one can judge a role but no one can judge the actor themselves.

But as a most sought after TV actress she also knows that people will not stop judging. So I am sure she gives a damn for anyone who has lost respect for due to a two minute video forgetting the wonderful work she has done in the past six years or so.

It is better to be honest when asked a direct question! Lying and being PC is easy.

Putting your money where your mouth is and risking criticism is hard! SI always tells it like it is! A quality I like about her!

😛wow im sooo happy my post got soo much response😛😛

some constrictive arguments given , which is absolutely fine ; whilst others seemed to be from what people in the past have called " crazed IPK fans"- i guess i now know what they mean. Such people seem incapable of making polite well mannered arguments against a comment 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

fans commenting on what celebs says is one thing- but i stand by the fact that one actor commenting detrimentally about another colleague they are currently working with , in a public forum ie the tv interview sanaya gave, is very poor professionalism... if she had any issues about fk performance im sure there are the correct channels she could have discussed this with eg the director, producer, ph etc

That is etiquette and all the " non- constructive commentators" may say what they wish 👏👏
