I loved the reaction of CC's family - so caring and scared for her but willing to support her decision. The shock of the discovery portrayed so beautifully by Sanaya and then comprehension of what this means and the total sense of chaos as she struggles to find her way in all of this. The one thing she is sure of is that she loves Manav but is unsure of where Manav stands when it comes to his mom. Dadi acting as a sounding board after asking the relevant quetions - not trying to influwnce CC but showing her all side of the situation - what a wonderful, wise and loving grandmother.
I was afraid that the cvs would show CC all gung ho about being able to win UB's heart but what they did yesterday with the splendid cat they have was mind blowing. This is what we watch Sanaya Irani for and I hope this gave the creative team an idea of what this young lady is capable of and what her fans expect and continue the standard set yesterday.

Good points Diya. If the creatives want to give some depth and complexity to their script, they could bring to light some issues you mentioned in the post above even after marriage. Adjustments which are needed because of different upbringing, not only with extended family but also adjusting to your spouse and setting expectations with each other.

I hope they focus on Manav and Chhanchhan's relation too, along with how CC deals with Borasagar family. Many newly weds take time to settle down, despite knowing each other for a while, and what kind of pressures the family drama puts on their relation. It just can't be all hunky dory and sweet between them. They can show growth and maturity in their relation through strife and compromises.

Of course all this needs sensitive writing and superlative acting skills to show nuances.

Jaya, nice to see you back! 😃
Made an episode post for today which brought up some of what you just said here about CC's family ... do take a look.

Sanaya was mind blowing yesterday and today ... today again loved the Dadi-CC scene and her expressions during the song ...

I love the daadi character. She is pragmatic and has that whole twinkle in the eye craziness.Exactly the kind of adult one needs around oneself. Now that ChhanChhan's family have stopped talking in unison, the scenes are much better. The Daadi-CC bond has been interesting from the very first day. I hope that once CC is married off, we still get to see her family and all the actors don't go off signing other shows 😆
