Oh I can be VERY nasty when I want to ... believe me 😆 I keep that side restrained online mostly ... but a dikra Momma's boy (or even Di ka laadla😉 ) can unleash the hidden snark 🤣
I have no patience with grown men who put their moms ahead of their wives ... agar itna hi pyaar hai maa se, then stick to her pallu, why spoil a girl's life ...a girl leaves her entire family to come and live with a man and his family, the least a man can do is put her first in his life. She is expected to put her husband and HIS family even before her own ... so why does the reverse not apply?

Chanchan's family scenes were adorable today...all the actors share a good chemistry there.

Manav does not know Umaben despises Chanchan so why does he not think even once that she might like Chanchan...oh I forgot he has to compete with Ahemji 😆...the only problem is Chanchan is no Gopi vau.Totally with you on the hidden virtue thing...the guy was clueless even when Himanshu was trying to explain his plan.

I couldn't feel the sadness in Manav the BG song notwithstanding nor I could feel his happiness or excitement when Himanshu told him of the plan. If there are 2 mins of a scene and he is told to give a certain expression he just holds the same for the entire 2 mins. There is no playoff of reactions with the other actors at all.

But the overall execution of the scenes in the show is better this week in my opinion.

Ditto on the Borisagar family ... they are all equally dumb, except maybe for Manthan. Uma Ben manipulates them like puppets and they get manipulated. I feel sorry for Chhanchhan ... she will be entering a zoo!!! 😆

@blue ... exactly!!! The thought doesn't enter his head ... is he so sure that CC is an unsuitable bahu? In that case, why didn't he ask Mommee's permission before proposing to her ... or even falling in love with her? As for his reactions when Himanshu was explaining his plan ... please refer to your own words ... dumb, dumber, dumbest ... 🤣

@red That has been my problem with the actor all through ... his expressions are very flat ... its as though the director tells him ... you're sad, so he looks sad ... you're supposed to smile ... so he smiles ... there is no reaction to what is happening around him or interaction with the other actors at all.
The song was okay today, I felt, because he was supposed to look sad all through ... one expression, and he did ... there was no play of emotions, no reminiscing about the good times, no softness remembering the love ... it was ALL sad ... boohoo ... one single expression. As for his expressions when Himanshu Simple explain the plan ... I could not for the life of me figure out when Manav got what they were trying to say ... he looked clueless all through, and then in the end, he smiled ... bas!

@pink ... Execution is better, I agree ... I think it's because the other actors in the Borisagar family are getting some screen space and their characters are starting to unfold ... and as they are a very convoluted lot, they are more interesting to watch. Also, this part is actually the PH's strength, I think, and what the whole story is all about. Sarabhai family is for light relief and they are awesome to watch in that ... they are all good actors and seem to have bonded well in real life too.

CC' s dadi and mom's rant were so irritating. Manav's love disappeared so quickly, gosh why does he smile like this with eyes looking down and left and right. He had no zeal or enthu to at least try and intro. Chanchan to his mother, you are right worse than Ahem dikra.

yup...one sad song...and Manav has forgotten his love😆...I did not let my dad watch the IPL match and he sat through CC, he was bugging me with silly questions but I did not relent..😉
good that he is not part of the TRP audience😉

the scenes where CC's mom and grandmom irritate CC were just too natural...I was also quite irritated by them...was feeling for CC..😳...Sanaya was bang on with the emotions..as usual..

let's see aaj anath ashram me kya hota hai...or may be we will have to wait until the next week
