Way too critical

Hie guys ... Was in two minds whether to make this post or not but finally did ...
I am a trp viewer of this show and watch it at 9 pm everyday . Yesterday I was out and thus put it on recording ... I was curious so saw everyone's view on the forum , they were largely critical so saw the episode today morning apprehensively ... I thought it was fine and today's episode was especially good .
I just feel ppl should see this show with an open mind ... This show has a lovely pace , 2 very strong actors in supriyaji and sanaya , fantastic supporting cast ( I have issues with the male lead but that's another post ... ) and for a change a strong , well etched female lead character on Indian tv ie chhanchhan .
I completely understand a lot of viewers of sanaya's previous show will not identify with this show ... This is a family drama and not a romantic show . If you see the top ten shows of Indian tv , they largely fall in this bracket as this has the biggest audience.
Whatever is this shows destiny , we would know in a few months time as its too new right now to be judged on its trp ... Just a request lets have a more positive forum , I know most ppl who criticise are well meaning sanaya fans , but sometimes the negatively in the forum is way too much which dissuades ppl like me to make / read a post

I have been a very huge fan of Sanaya's previous show, and I am very used to seeing her romancing but I am very happy she has taken this up, we will not only see her getting amazing scenes with Surpriya ji but also take acting to a whole new level, than the amazing actress Sanaya already is! TRP's don't bother me much, as long as the show is loved and appreciated by its viewers! :)

Good to hear your viewpoint. Today's episode was very good, and has shown who the real heroes of the show are- Supriya Pathak and Sanaya Irani.

Today's episode was damn good.CC-UB scene was damn good.It's high time people understand that sanaya can't do khushi type roles all the time.She has to do something different to grow as an actress.So far i feel she has taken a good decision in doing this show.Aage aage dekhte hain hota hai kya.

I adore sanaya Irani and I want everyone to watch the show ... No where do I think that this show is perfect but I do feel that their are some really good bits in this show which could make it into a solid performance based show . I am in my mid 30's and I can say that this is not going to be an 'Internet phenomenon' show ... Those shows like sanaya's previous show are rare ... But I would request everyone , to give this show a chance , enjoy the journey whatever maybe the outcome and be happy that we get to see sanaya on our tv screen 4 days a week .

I really enjoyed today's episode- if this show continues on the same tone, I see it topping the TRP charts, in sha Allah. I only had one problem in the whole episode- lightning falling in the middle of the courtroom corridor. Some one tell the directors/producers that Sanaya and Supriyaji's stupendous acting and the very well written dialogues were more than enough to convince us that they are adversaries- there was no need to highlight the rift with a bolt of lightning :P As for yesterday's episode- umm, I loved Sanaya but Farhan couldn't really deliver. And I say this mainly because it was supposed to be a romantic scene, and newbie or no newbie, he has to make the audience believe he is a man in love. More than him, the director has to see to it that the scene looks fabulous.
I have come from her previous show as well, and we are all quite aware that Chhanchan is not an epic love story, however when a romantic track is going on, it has to look romantic, even in a saas-bahu/family series. Also , bad direction cannot be excused, esp coming from a PH like Optimystix. Cos I have watched Crime Patrol, and they're brilliant there. This show is not only prime time, it's in the toughest time slot too. They must pull all stops here. And with the end of IPL looming , it is high time they do that

i agree that the forum is a bit critical and negative for the past few days, BUT
last night's power packed episode (tks to Supriyaji and Sanaya)
has somehow made ppl see what the show is all abt.

if this is going to be the flow of the show, we wish it well in the trps..

I think each day viewers respond to what is being dished out, when the episode is good, we get more positive posts and vice versa. All of us are reacting to how scenes are handled in that day's episode.
