Sorry to barge in on the conversation...but I think the whole idea of this show is more like a sitcom. There is no grand story, or past history, or major intrigue or revenge (honestly Sanaya's previous show gave such a build up to all this and then when it unraveled it was a damp squib. Would rather avoid a pitfall like that again ) There will be situations, clash of ideas and how ChhanChhan and Uma ben will react or handle them and each other, will be the principal focus. Vipul Shah said it is a SIMPLE story told in a lighthearted manner. Now, I agree the screenplay and script has to be tighter and there is a lot that can improve. I am also watching it for Sanaya and Supriya P, and thank God, at least the principal actors chosen are competant.Like Sanaya said in her interview, this serial is about what happens with ChhanChhan as she goes from point A to point B in her life and how she deals with situations, without compromising her principles. Slice- of -life kind of thing, and I agree with her, the key to success of this kind of show is if people fall in love with the character of ChhanChhan. This is not going to be addictive or lead to repeat viewing(no magical chemistry) but for me, it leaves me with a smile. Dogs are adorable. For Sanaya, I hope if nothing else, it will help her step a little away from the shadow of her previous show. I do hope though, they give more shades and depth to all characters, especially ChhanChhan and Uma Ben, only then we will be invested in knowing what happens to them.Thank you for reading my take...I am actually a silent reader of this thread, and enjoy some of the comments here.
