Well I am looking forward to seeing her face when she reads the news that actually appear in the news paper instead of the apology..

honestly when that precap was aired on last Thursday, I was kinda expecting a lot more degrading.. CC also having to give in..

But the exact opposite happened!! though the bad things of losing a job and a house happened, rest is perfectly fine!!
CC went to say sorry cz she herself felt it.. She would bend when she thinks it is withing reason, but she will never compromise on her own self respect.. that we can be sure of!!
she clearly will know where to draw the line! which is what UB did today by giving her that ultimatum as per the precap...

would be looking forward to watching it all happening!!

perfect story and today's generation thoughts...

Yes within reason CC knows that she has to respect her elders. Her mom has taught her well, infant that is why they bake cake together.

But what UB demanded today was beyond reason and CC will not bend anymore.

The character of cc is shaping so well...a perfect balance of culture, morals and modern thinking.

Loving it and relating to it.

Kudos to sanaya and the makers.

im sorry im sick n tried of seeing all these bahus bending n entertaining ridiculous n wrong demands of backward people just because they are older. she said sorry .. uma bhen has forgotten that its the job of elders to forgive youngsters who apologize to them.

so good move by CC .. i cant wait to see it.

instead of a apology it should be a detailed explanation of what really went on that day of the wedding. put urmi ben in the hot seat n also see her hubbys wrath on her silly woman

you are right...I am sure the newspaper apology will be interesting 😆.

I swear this show is so real and refreshing!...when I look at Uma ben I don't see an evil vamp...I see a representation of what some parts of Indian society...and I see Chanchan as the wave of new generation who is out to prove that just because she refused to give in to wrong practices in the name of tradition doesn't mean she doesn't respect her culture.

I am so glad they decided to show the issue of dowry in this show...I have seen it happen some 20 years when my mami's older sister who was also my mom's best friend was burned alive by her in laws because of this terrible practice. Seeing it now makes me feel so glad that Indian women are starting to refuse to put up with this.
