Maybe ppl are comparing her looks to the looks she had in her previous shows. In MJHT, she played a college student and in IPK, she played a young adult (18-20) so she was supposed to look young. Here, she is past the age of marriage so she's supposed to "look her age". She doesn't look old or "gaunt" though and Sanaya and dieting do not belong in the same sentence 😆
