@all...Hi...had left the Knukkad on sunday at pg-7 and now after one epi, it just zoomed to pg-139, ready for the new knukkad...girls you sure are having fun....but please let me know the link for the new knukkad when it is started, coz Iam sure by tonite/tomorrow it would be time for sure.

The highlight of today's epi for me was after bashing Z and saving R, takes her to the guest house and there she very 'bholi si' ada mein asks him buncha questions about his house, but the clincher was'rent par liya hai ya khareeda hai' (duhh)...that one-liner by R made my oh-so stressful day into a jolly-golly one. Never thot watching R would be such a stress-buster for me.

And Iam 100% sure, this must have been discussed with so much zeal and vigor....sadly I missed all of it...anyways....you girls keep the knukkad rocking as always....

@Ginak...the moment R learns from M ,A will run out of it....I guess its A's ego at play here...pray tell if he decides all is over in AR then why he has to start irritating her or f ighting with her...that is they key and probably R knows it too as well..if she gets easy for A..he will run out of it...ab dekho...M is all over him bit he cant understand if its love...love or friendly love..even in that AM hug his expression is like silly girl....😆 as well if its over for A then why he suddenly gets uncomfortable in that hug seeing R's disapproving face..whatever nautanki A does...he cant get out of R's mayajaal...and we people here keep racing thru KK in lightening speed...

Sadly A ka kuch nahi hosaktha...

I think A is still unable crack this whole R code...and that is keeping him hooked to her...were as other girls in his life have fallen into his hands just like that.

Excellent wretch! Perdition catch my soul,
But I do love thee! and when I love thee not,
Chaos is come again.
Othello

Finally, yesterday's episode made me come out of hibernation. The last scene, though probably Ridhima's imagination, reminded me of Shakespeare's sonnet. Passion, longing, helplessness, a desire to touch, to hold and feel, yet each held back by his/ her own internal demons. Beautifully executed by both SA and KSG.

Watching Ridhima yesterday, I couldn't help but think of her after the confession. I notice a lot of angst and ridicule directed at her and, I must admit I am a little surprised. Are we angry at her for who she is and what she has done or because of what she's forced Armaan to do? In either case, I am not sure whether what she's done merits so much angst. Yes, she has issues, the biggest one being her unwillingness to go public, but I can understand where she is coming from. She has issues with verbalizing her love for Armaan, surprisingly, I can even understand that.

But I don't think that either of these take away from the fact that she does indeed love Armaan, and, has demonstrated that time and again. When he's angry over her teasing comment about physical intimacy, she cajoles him, apologies and gives in. When Armaan asks for a public "I love you", she obliges, albeit in a round about manner. When Armaan is angry at her publicly accepting Rahul as a friend, she's quick to say sorry. When Armaan fails to land up to rescue her from a dinner date with Rahul, she finds a way not to go cos she knows how Armaan feels about that. After the short skirt episode, she initiates the conversation though it must have cost her some effort to talk about their shared moments of passion. Whenever Armaan seeks to be physically intimate with her, be it the locker room, at the wedding or the short skirt episode, she meets him more than half way, though she's obviously shy. She finds a way to go seek him and get him back from Kasauli in a manner which goes against her character. Its not important that she cheated, its important that she cared enough to do so.

She never told her love,
But let concealment, like a worm i'th' bud,
Feed on her damask cheek. She pined in thought,
And with a green and yellow melancholy
She sat like Patience on a monument,
Smiling at grief. Was not this love indeed?
Twelfth Night

As for Armaan's outburst……

This is the very ecstasy of love,
Whose violent property fordoes itself
And leads the will to desperate undertakings
As oft as any passion under heaven
That does afflict our natures.
Hamlet

I don't think his outburst was as much on account of "treading on eggshells" as much on account of finally cracking up under the burden of his own guilt. All through the Patiala episode, his conversations with Ridhima are tempered with his fear of disclosure. In his subconscious mind, he knows what he has done is not "acceptable", but he is a victim of his own nature. It does not allow him to run out on Muskaan, and, seeks to fulfill this "noble mission" of "help" that he has set out on. His constant fear of being found out and repercussions thereof, their heated and acerbic exchange about a public disclosure probably exacerbated his emotional stress leading to that final showdown on the staircase….

I think both Armaan and Ridhima are guilty of the one cardinal sin that one must guard against in a relationship – the unwillingness to talk. If Ridhima does not talk, Armaan is equally guilty of the same. He spends his time romancing her, learning poetry for her, jumping over windows but no conversation! The most passionate of relationships cannot survive if the two partners don't communicate. If anything, the only conversation between them was initiated by Ridhima after the short skirt episode. The need to talk is something that they both have to learn, and, hopefully, this separation will teach some of that to them…

And to add to their woes, we have a perky, and emotionally immature Muskaan thrown into the cauldron to make the pot spill over. While Ayushi is a good actress, and, one can understand why Muskaan is attracted to Armaan, I find her constant expression of her growing passion (one sided) for Armaan a trifle irritating. If it had been a lesser actress, or a woman who was less bindas / cute, I would have passed her off as a "pile on". Yes, love has its own way and the heart has a way of doing its own thing, but Mukaan's behaviour is more like she's the one Armaan has confessed his love to. Her infatuation for Armaan seems to conquer all her sensibilities, and I suspect, that unfortunately, we will continue to see more of it. Given that, if Ridhima does not react, then kudos to her.

And finally, if you have been in a passionate relationship, and have not have ups and downs over silly issues and have not let egos come in the way at some time or the other, then, the relationship cannot have been that spontaneous or passionate. In Shakespeare's words….

If thou remember'st not the slightest folly
That ever love did make thee run into,
Thou hast not loved.
