As for Niyati, woh to phooti kismat meri jo mere show mein currently flood chal rahi hain. Otherwise agar sach bolu to rain sequence is pretty common in romantic shows. To proper ho ya improper, yeh particular sequence mil hi jate hain.

I saw the montage on IG and it was done so bad. 😮‍💨

Aisa lag raha hain ki kisi novice ne photoshop Karke dono ka picture chipkaya ho.

But anyway, one shouldn't judge the book by it's cover to weekend pe milte hain popcorn ke saath. 😜

To be completely honest, koi bhi promo kisi bhi angle se mujhe hot ya intense nahi laga. Ab agar logo ko chadhana hain to hum kya kar sakte hain? Sabka apna nazriya hain. 🤔

But since yeh humara apna thread hain, yaha pe to bhadas nikalna banta hain. 😛

Pehle baat to yeh, mujhe intense ka definition se hi problem hain. Kyunki mujhe lagta hain in mainstream Hind shows particularly INTENSITY and ANGST are two horribly misinterpreted words.

Comparison nahi hain, just example, Individually bol rahe hain, Ranveer and Piya were particularly intense characters and also there was a bit of angst in their individual journeys as well. But in which sequence they were pining their respective partners to the walls or giving death glares? One was loyalty ka murat and another was param ahinsabadi. And that's the thing. It's about the feeling and how deeply you are feeling it, the extent you are willing to go for the other.

Fokat ka dialoguebazi se koi character mein depth nahi aa jata. Aur nahi love-hate relationship hi angst hain. Then what was it that Piya felt for Ansh post leap or Mauli felt for Kunal?

A love story can be innocent yet extremely passionate. So can you love someone more than your life and still hold a grudge against them.

But since that is no longer the concern for a lot of people, we can only shake our heads and continue watching what suits our taste. 👍🏼

Okay guys, I've finally managed to watch the first episode of Channa Mereya and this is my review in one GIF...

To be completely honest, it's weird. First scene itself made me go rofl, then I got confused because things made a bit sense and then again there was forced troubled childhood of ML and one horrendously disastrous first meeting of the leads which pretty much gave me the vibe that the director/cinematographer jo bhi ho, Rohit Shetty ka bada fan hota hoga.

We both owe Atif a formal written apology because isse zyada OTT or ghatiya kuch maine aaj tak nahi dekha. Hopefully tumhe bhi dikh jayega aur tum samjhogi mere dukh-dard aur peeda ko jo woh scene dekhte hue mujhe hua.

The story is pretty much what we have always seen but the execution is horrible. In fact, it makes no sense that I can even write something on this weird khichdi of show.

Acting wise, Niyati was On and Off. Karan - I didn't like him at all except for one scene where his character was hugging his grandpa. Puneet Israr Ji was good.

Abhi, aap dono dekho aur iss khichdi pe apna tadka lagao. 😛

Also am so done with this cliche, troubled childhood of ml, hatred towards family, FL being ultra soft, and then she will change him fully.

Plus random encounters, races. Also cruelty was horrible, like some extreme stuff, as a kid he's angry and pours hot oil on his step mom, and has no sharam.

Also let me tell you I ffed half episode. Dekha nahi ja raha tha.

Agreed, Niyati was very on and off! Karan was good, and scene you said I had ffed cos I honestly got very bored with the whole show. Leads ki meet also was, rofl.

Somewhere I felt for the whole show, natural element was missing.

Also it was scattered all over and there was no flow or story.

On the Contrary Sayli's show was really good, they have a story, flow and moreover she really aced it! Transition of emotions was also there, can you please check that too for me?? Isse toh sach me better tha.

Ps, I was gonna see 2 epis of both shows and quit. But Channa mereya am done with just one episode.
