Demo reels I think is like those audition tapes actors send out to agencies / PH.

I think they are most probably making it for YouTube or sending it to film festivals or competition

We all the reality of the award shows and how the nominations are filed and the winner is already selected and nominations are just formality!! To win an award you need to have the right connections not the acting skill but business skill!! 🤓
