Jersey was very good. You should watch. Did not see Sooryanvanish yet. I saw Atrangi Re but did not like it as much as everyone was saying. Dhanush was amazing, but Sara Ali Khan is overacted as usual...

Ok will watch it. Is Jersey on ott platform?
Hmm was on an online platform I found a few days ago but looks like it was taken down 🤣 And now online it says that it has not been released yet... 😆

You see, the reason why she has taken forefront is not because they(the leading cast Neil, Aish, Kishori) feels it that way, that she deserves, because the audience has lashed out at them for ignoring her blatantly. However famous they are, however how much of veteran cast they are, the show is famous because of Sai Joshi, not because of Virat Chavan , not because of Patralekha Salunkhe, not because of Bhavani Chavan, its Sai Joshi through and through ... So yeah, writing or no writing it is Sai Joshi...This is what they are not able to ignore, this is what they are not able to digest. Neil specifically. Because he came with that attitude ..I am the most famous one here and I would promote Virakhi and that is what that would be hit...however thankfully the guys who played AAba and Jagtap, not just helped Aayesha with her craft but allso praised her, in turn forcing Neil to praise..Otherwise he was riding high on Virakhi Love being felt ore than Sairat, the ultimate story...Sometimes I feel everyone, from Neil, to Aishwarya to PH..to Vankar, everyone wanted Virakhi to work...
In any case it so out in open both Neil and Aishwarya fo not like the attention Ayesha gets...EVerytime its her day, the come with "WE ARE BEING HARRASSED ON SM " story/theory. Its too obvious now yaar...
I don't get Neil Bhatt. Did he misunderstand the assignment or something? He's so constantly stuck in this zone where he thinks the show exists because of him or that the show's main story in Virakhi's unsuccessful love. We might never know why he does that, cuz it can be anything. But he has this "I'm a senior" vibe going on, especially around Ayesha. She calls him sir. Even if she's respectful enough to call him that, as on-screen equals, he shouldhave offerred her the liberty to call him Neil.
Plus I don't see any remarkable work behind all this 'I'm a veteran actor' image he protects. Was he a similar main lead in any earlier shows ?
And Ayesha's equation with Jagtap actor is clearly seen. Given the harrasser role he has played on screen, he definitely must have tried very much to put her at comfort to lessen the weight she'd have to carry in that scene. Because it's fine if you're not comfortable with your on-screen husband, off screen, but I think it's extremely important that you get comfortable with someone who's playing a physical harrasser. The actor playing Aaba, I assume is an actual senior actor.
It clearly shows in Ayesha actually. They say a good foundation always helps and I think the cast she shared her screen with in Gadchiroli days had a positive impact on her.

Well even the beginning NB was more into Aishwarya and carried that senior attitude around her, however Abba and Jagtap really helped her with her craft. You see there is reason why she had/has such great chemistry with them. Very underrated ones, but I really liked her scenes with Jagtap, the harassment ones, they have performed so well. She was new to this and performing a harassment scene. It takes a toll so , she needed that guidance and assurance from the male actor. You need a different level of comfort all together to perform that. Neil and Ayesha just come across awkward now. There are cold vibes, You saw that live feed part, where someone asked for Sairat reel and Ayesha, Mitali and Sheetal, they all went awkward. Why would anyone be, if the on set culture is happy and family bond kindaa.

I remember Aishwarya's interviews earlier last year.....some of her statements...
- If they had shown Virat Pakhi's story for a longer time, audience would not have accepted the Virat Sai jodi
- Ayesha is more calm like Pakhi and I am more like Sai in real life. Which again she got wrong🤣 because Sai is forthright, she is not an extrovert, she is studious, only behaves childlike with people she is close to. She is not jumping around all the time!
Definitely they were hoping Virakhi would be the audience favourite and they could then deviate from the original, make Sai the troublesome one. Till date, the narrative from the characters, continue to blame Sai!!

It could be just me, but I never really saw that amazing chemistry from Neil Bhatt with Ayesha. Even in their best of scenes, he always had this "nose stuck up in the air" kind of attitude. We could say it is because of the age difference too, but I've seen a few episodes of Imlie, no matter how regressive it is, the leads have much bigger difference yet they had this warmth going on in the most platonic of senses. SaiRat for me, always had this cold quality that I could never point my finger on. Virat's affection always felt out of the place, awkward and really ill timed. For a character that is supposed to show love, the actor never gave hints of it.
@bold : Oh Dear God, how did I miss this ?? If the cast are this visible with the differences, how is that show still running. I think I finally understand why the SaiRat fight and coldness scenes are legendary. It's method acting on Neil's part.
The number 2 in their TRPs gave me a weird kind of sadistic pleasure

Why doesn't anyone police her interviews ?? They're so unprofessional and self-serving
They have a separate channel?😆
