I think that Ajay is "eaten" by jealousy and that Kajol makes a pretence of not caring anymore for ShahRukh as Ajay has close connection with BJP and also with people who want to harm SRK.

Supporting ShahRukh would not only heighten Ajay's anger but also make Kajol's life and that of her kids more difficult (with unknown repercussions). SRK wouldn't want this (he always respected when she tried to distance herself from him).

I don’t think SRK has the time or interest in worrying about Kajol and her issues at a time like this. I doubt he has spoken to her at all or said anything to her. I don’t think they are that close in the first place. But to waste his time on her and her kid and her family right now? Just no way.

OK I think everything else but the bolded part ..we both have exhausted ourselves running around in circles...so lets ignore it...we will agree to disagree....but just for the bolded part....I am not a feminist and probably will never be one....but putting the kids first has nothing to do with feminism....every responsible PARENT....will think about their kids first.....kids do not ask to be born.....we bring them in this world and once we decide to be a parent ...it becomes our prime responsibility..to think about their well being....people argue that why can't I think about myself first...well you can....just don't give birth to a child if you want to think about yourself first....

and if a powerful woman like Kajol can be a doormat....then I don't know what to say about the millions of ordinary wives who are perhaps stuck with their husbands in a loveless marriage....just because of their kids....I have sympathy for them...not for women like Kajol...being afraid of her husband is not an excuse for her...

This reminds me of an interview of Gauri and Sussane on KWK...where KJo asked both of them that what will they do if their husbands left them one day.....Susanne's answer was that she would want to die if that happens....but Gauri said....she would pray to God to find her someone she can spend her life with.....this is how empowered women are...those who are powerful shouldn't be doormats...
