You need court order to get released from prison... So they'll have to wait for the order... Hopefully they'll give it in the morning so all the paperwork (which is a lot) can be completed and he can be back home

And just for info - the ncb might decide to move to the supreme Court against this order... But cancelling bail is super super tough. Not unheard of, but it rarely happens.... So he is safe and will be home
