The reason why they had to make that "group-of-accused" under the NDPS act was the fact that they didn't find anything on Aryan or in his body...so, basically he was clean and free of any accusation. BUT that hadn't been the goal of this whole set up (hoping they get Aryan with dope on him) so they first put him under this act and 2nd gave his mobile chats and further investigation as reason (they simply were desperate to not let him go).

They are evil. They grabbed Aryan with no possession and nothing in his system. They kept him sitting there for days that they had to confront him with drug dealer Achit Kumar. Turned out to be a guy that only had 2.5 grams of charas.

Now they've given Achit judicial custody and let him go. They didn't even contest it. Nobody from the NCB's side even showed up in court. But for Aryan, Amit Shah's paltu AGS showed up.

It's a travesty of justice and an obvious fraud.

And don't put too much hope on Nawab Malik either. Amit Shah will call up Sharad Pawar and make some deal behind the scenes and he will shut up too. Thanks to him for revealing the truth but you never know what he does in the future either. Never trust anyone.

Rose, I don't think that it is as simple as that...well it is much more darker and shadier and really, really criminal behaviour to cover up betraying the Indian people for personal financial gain and acting out personal power. (That's - among others - a reason why SRK basically is a-political.)

Aryan's set up surely is s tool to deviate from other issues but I think, one just grabbed an opportunity to do something one had wanted to do for long.

The most interesting thing is the meeting of the BJP "vice president" and the fraudulent privat detectiv with this guy in Gujarat just after the 3 tonnes of drugs had been discovered. One just has to imagine how much money one can make with this amount of drugs - and unfortunately, greed goes well with power-hungry people.

The kind of covering-up the possible involvement of relatives/friends of a ruling party in an accident is - in comparison to that - peanuts...

I do the same (and many, many others). I'm sure he knows what is going on and that there are people who use him to get to his dad. It's fine he knows it...that helps him to relativize what happens to him.

I can't imagine what srk might be going through. All this money he made to keep his family safe and in the end this money and fame made his son the target.

I think all these press conference from either ncb or nawab malik is doing is keeping the news focus on aryan... And as long as the focus is on aryan, news channel will milk it and it will be tough to get him relief. The day the news die down they will release him and never even look at the case again

This seems to be just to divert public from the farmers condition.

They are biggest liars on earth. Don’t refer to it. Had this been the case I’m sure it would have been brought about in court.

Aryan said (in court) that they asked him about his life abroad 😆
