You didn't get my point dear. It's not about whether he is the best or not. His entre backstory like how he watched his father getting humiliated and then his and his brother's death - he has all the reasons to believe that money is the solution to everything. On moral ground it's wrong but if you see from his perspective, he is 100% justified.
I understand completely dear... And that best or not was just a general statement, nothing more to it.
See, he has become like this from what he experienced. He saw his father, a respectable person getting disrespected for money and at the same time, he saw a foul man like Krishna Rao being respected just because he had money. He faced the taunts and was bullied because he was poor... and all this led him to believe that money = respect and hence he started believing that money is the solution to everything. He is justified from his perspective because that is what he has experienced.
And as much as he's trying to improve, some darkness always leaves its shadow. There's no escape from it.
Obviously. There is no escaping from darkness.
Sorry for bringing TVD again but that's exactly how they showed Damon. He was sweet and earnest to the fault, had a terrible father, the girl he loved chose his brother over him and when he became a Vampire, he became toothless. Even when he tried to be better, that impulse never left him. On so many occasions he chose to do the wrong thing because that would justify why he didn't get peace after everything. And till the last episode of TVD this insecurity was there and Elena always proved the others wrong. She might have fought with him, broken up with him but in the end she chose to be with him.
Perfect example.
Of course a bit of moral compassing was there too but she stayed knowing she is a positive influence on him. She wasn't pulling stupid stuff like they are showing Pallu to lead a middle class life to change perspective of RR and Damon tried to behave. But both had to bend. There was no Pyaar Ki Taqat or FL glorification.
Ab Sitara hai to its pretty much obvious that they'll pull some stunt like this... At least she is not gaadoing a tent in front of RR's house and living there to change his perspective. 🤪
That's what I'm saying. A person with such a past would never get it all. Major clashes will be there and then both will have to bend. And when you add the tag DON it becomes multiple times difficult since he's bound to kill people at points.
Obviously both will have to bend... They both need to find a common ground for them to stand on. They love each other way too much and value their relationship above everything else. So, they are bound to find some middle ground here.
Sickand can do anything but he can never write a character like Damon or Klaus because there was no whitewashing or Taadka, just raw emotion.
True that. Sickand can definitely not write something like you gave an example of. He can only bring in useless tadkas and annoy the viewers.
Already the show is facing repercussions of his excessive love for SunKi...
So this is where I am saying this plot doesn't interest me because they won't address the repercussions of a dark past but get into gimmicks like Middle class lifestyle. That's it.
I'm just waiting to see what exactly have they planned for this track. Waise bhi, episodes till now have been a stark contrast to whatever they show in the promos... can never forget that "KAANTON KI BEDIYAN". I hope idhar kuch gadbad na kare ye log...
