As far as I know, she is booked for drug procurement and financial transactions and as confessed by Dipesh/Showik, she used to instruct them to do so. So in a nutshell, active member of drug racket.

If it was only consumption, I guess she would have got bailed by now.

Rhea has been arrested under Section 20B, Section 27, Section 28, and Section 29 of NDPC. If Rhea is found guilty under all these sections, the actress will then have to serve up to 10 years in prison.

KNOW WHAT THESE SECTIONS OF NDPS MEAN

Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act reads, "produces, manufactures, possesses, sells, purchases, transports, imports inter-State, exports inter-State or uses cannabis, shall be punishable." The punishment under this section includes rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years and also includes a fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.

Section 27(A) of NDPS Act pertains to the consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance. This particular section prescribes the punishment for a person consuming a narcotic drug or psychotropic substance that includes cocaine, morphine, diacetylmorphine or any other narcotic drug/psychotropic substance. The punishment states rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or a fine may extend to twenty thousand rupees.

Section 28 of the NDPS Act provides for punishment for any offender slapped with the NDPS Act.

Section 29 of the NDPS Act lays out the Punishment for abetment and criminal conspiracy. It states that anyone who abets or is a party to a criminal conspiracy shall be punishable with the prescribed penalty provided for the offence.

As per Vibhor or many ,Ssr was under scanner for one year..the planning to destroy him started way back..its slow killing.make him drug addict and kill himself. That's is why Rhea was sent it seems..but suddenly that child trafficking happened ,disha involved Ssr and the girl was brought to Ssr home and was kept hiding in his bathroom ..so they have to kill Ssr in a hurry..the main killer is not Rhea but vikas khathri some guy..I dont know his name .he is under unofficial custody itseems..

They are digging this for two reasons

1) to stop the illicit act

2) a lot of chances that may take them to Ssr's killer or child trafficking act!
