I listened to it twice and Sushant says 'Im fighting my mind' and I also think I heard him say the word 'Bipolar' but not sure. Then he says something about how he's not sure if he can act in such a situation. But he does say he's fighting his mind which is the worst case scenario due to which he wants to secure his financial future. And then they go on to discuss setting up Trusts.
What does this all mean? 
Rhea sounds like she's in charge and making decisions..." I want it to be like this " etc etc. It beats me why he would give someone he knew just for a year, so much control over his life, his finances, and other key decisions when he could have easily consulted his lawyer sister for the same.
I felt v sad listening to him. He does sound so tired and dejected.
His mind was kept weak strategically. He was made to believe that he wasn't fine. I will tell you, there are days when I overeat/eat lot junk food , my dopamine is low n have nerve inflammation. I feel super tired, cranky, lazy, angry , depressing ,sad, anxious and have brain fog, It affect me like I m different person. On another day, I m hopeful ,productive, active, happy. Those are chemicals /hormones in our body and their fluctuations according to what one consumes. I am healthy person with minor thyroid issues. One time I missed my thyroid medication , my head was spinning , had no energy, those withdrawal symptom can drive one really uncomfortable and i was just taking lowest dose.
Now Imagine, the kind of medications n god knows Drugs mixed in his drink n food. He won't even know what hits him, hallucinations, paranoia , anxiety along with mix of Paranormal activity talk. And all the people surrounding him setting this narrative ( I read Apart from Sushant, two people also experienced paranormal activity in his house - Showik n Rhea - Doesn't that ring the bell ? )Who accompanied Sushant to Europe trip where he presumedly got Sick - Same Showik n Rhea 😈. So I believe it wasn't him feeling certain way , out of the blue, he was made to.
He would just have normal episodes of Anxiety n depression like we all have in our lives. Some have childhood issues, other might have some traumas. It's just they saw this vulnerability in him n took full advantage of that to instill their narrative of Ghosts, Spirits and Bipolar Shi*. One glaring thing is - They cut him off his family - If Such was Sushant's state , why not tell family immediately.
She came with agenda in his life seeing him vulnerable or been planted for Sure. She knew he was lil weak due to his previous breakup. And who recorded this ? What was need? I m sure this would have helped her once she execute her plan, Now I feel this was fully preplanned. I would say arrest her Bf Imtiaz Khatri n check his phone , as someone suggested, truth will come out.
